Simple and Fast eSign Platform!
I love the easy to use Dashboard that Xodo Sign provides to quickly upload a doc, customize it to my liking before sending it out for signatures.
My favorite feature is the unique URL with my name that helps me trust with my clients when they navigate to their documents for signing. I also get immediate updates when docs are opened and signed. I'm excited to continue using Xodo Sign to grow my business!

we have been using another online signing platform for the past couple of years and have recently started to try out Xodo Sign. The reason for the change was because the other platform worked out quite a bit more expensive for the quantity of documents we send out to be signed. Xodo came by because we started a new collaboration with a property platform and they had send their contract via Xodo. It looked fresh and easy and when I checked the pricing plans they offer I could find more comfort in cost for the corresponding amount of documents we send out. I started a free plan, had send out a couple of docs and found they program to be as easy as possible and was convinced to continue with Xodo. As a company we are save an incredible amount of time and costs by using this platfrom. So I can´t advise it enough if you wish to do so too.
Easy to use
Easy to use; just put the signature box in the pdf and send it. I like being notified of when clients opened the document and didn't sign, so I could reach out to them to check in if need be. I'm just using it for basic online signatures right now and it's been great.

Xodo Sign is a great tool!
Xodo Sign is a great tool to have in your back pocket. They offer multiple plans to fit your specific needs, including a basic free plan! The website is incredibly user friendly and easy to learn when starting out. Very streamlined and direct. Even my clients have mentioned how simple it was to sign contracts and review a fully signed copy. I am a small business and haven’t dived into all the offered features yet, but for basic signing, this gets the job done perfect!

My only complaint is that Eversign sounds like a much better name than Xodo 😜

I've used the best known competitor of the electronic document industry almost from the day the industry/category launched.
I'm a minimal user and had a free plan grandfathered in. Recently, they removed that and I went searching for a replacement.
I can only speak to the SignLite (free) tier.
It is powerful. For example, the easy way to see the audit trail. The ability to initial each page.
The reason I'm taking off one star is that Xodo is not easy to figure out. There are not a lot of video explanations, and the instructions are for a user that is more sophisticated than me.
While usually this would be on me, that I've used this platform category for many years suggests that Xodo could/should more effort into the customer-education of their product/platform.
For example, I watch videos. I would use the AI search engine, but they aren't trained well enough to understand the queries.
In retrospect, I'm glad I was forced to change from the #1 platform to Xodo. It is more robust at the basic tier in ways that are meaningful for contract integrity.
