I cannot say enough about the incredible experience I’ve had with Bariendo and their amazing team for my ESG non-surgical weight loss journey. From start to finish, the level of care, professionalism, and support has been above and beyond anything I could have imagined. The team worked together seamlessly to get me scheduled for the procedure while I was on approved leave, which was incredibly time-sensitive. They truly went the extra mile to accommodate my needs, and I could feel the genuine excitement from every staff member when I was approved—it was such an uplifting experience!

From pre-op to post-op, every step of the process was handled with care, compassion, and expertise. The nurses were phenomenal, making me feel completely at ease. The surgery itself was flawless, and the aftercare has been just as impressive. In just six weeks, I have already lost 27 pounds, and I finally feel like I’m on the right path after so many struggles with medical issues and failed weight loss attempts.

ESG surgery was the best thing I have done for myself. The team provided support before, during, and after the procedure. I felt safe and confident going through the process. I started with an inquiry and got a consultation fairly quickly. Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

When I first started researching about ESG surgery, I was very informed by Bariendo's website. Once I received a call back, the "5-star" service began. The team of people that answer my questions, got my booking and payment, and then the pre-surgery care. There were zoom calls with a team member to make sure I had all the meds and things I would need for the procedure and with Dr. Merrit. I elected my procedure in Jacksonville on Jan. 29th and they partner with Ascensio St. Vincent Hospital. The experience was so surprisingly wonderful. One week after, I am down 19 pounds, feeling great and this can be done.It's the first time in my life like I feel I can keep the weight off. I can honestly say they know what they are doing!

ESG surgery was the best for me. The staff from the first phone call to the end of surgery and after have been terrific. I went from 165 to 134 in a few short months. I would recommend this to anyone looking to improve their health and wellbeing. I would do it all over again given the same info

After having gastric bypass 20+ years ago, I had gained back a lot of my weight by slipping back into old (bad) habits. While looking into revision options, I came across Bariendo and had a wonderful experience. The communication from the initial contact through procedure and follow-up was fantastic. I was a Bariendo patient in August 2024 and I am 53 years old and when I made the decision to undergo this procedure (ESG) it was for two reasons, one of them, the most important, my lumbar injury and because of my next surgery that I would have this year (2025) in the month of February and that required me to lose weight so that the Surgery would be more successful and the second reason was obviously to improve my health by learning to eat better with the help of the staff of Nutritionists that you offered me that I would have.
I made the decision and invested a lot of money, hoping to obtain good results and although I am aware that the results vary and are not the same in all patients; I feel completely frustrated and disappointed with the results obtained, in addition to feeling that I lost all my money with you without obtaining any guarantee. I am very disappointed with the service provided by you and your entire team of doctors and nutritionists, since the follow-up to your patients is completely impersonal and I am very sorry to be so direct, but that is how I am, you think that by telling me to eat protein the size of my hand and vegetables, you are already giving me a good nutritional appointment and/or teaching me how to eat.
The point here is that I can go on giving you a list of complaints but I can only say that to date and almost 6 months after the ESG procedure I am still at the same weight and no one helps me or gives me solutions so far. This company is not a serious company

I’ve had a great experience with Bariendo so far! I had a balloon placed in my stomach in March of last year, and it was removed six months later. Since starting this journey, I’ve lost a total of 42 pounds, and the support from Bariendo has been incredible.

What stands out the most is how committed they are to their patients’ success. Even after having the balloon removed, their team continues to check in with me monthly. The dietitian and PA reach out to discuss my diet, exercise routine, and overall progress. Their advice and encouragement have been so motivating and have helped me stay on track.

Knowing they provide a full year of care is amazing it’s reassuring to have their ongoing support as I continue my weight loss journey.

I had the ESG (endoscopic sleeve gastropathy) procedure in July of 2024. As an senior lady trying to lose considerable weight, I did a lot of research on different methods, aside from the usual just dieting, which did not work for me anymore. Finding Bariendo was the best thing I ever did for myself. I had my procedure in July 2024. I never had an ounce of pain. Dr. Christopher Thompson and his knowledge and attentive staff were incredibly patient and supportive. Hopefully, this procedure should eventually be covered by insurance. It is the easiest and most successful weight loss method. The follow-up is incredible with regular visits with their staff and nutrional support. They don't just drop you after the procedure. I highly recommend the ESG procedure!

It was absolutely amazing , the procedure went as smooth as possible everyone in the team made me feel like i was the most important person in the room . The results where life changing I lost 38 lbs and I keep losing weight, and not just that I change the way of eating completely now I take better choices and fell way better with myself. I can’t say enough about the amazing experience I've had with Bariendo. Back in June, I decided to take the plunge and get a gastric balloon, and I’m so glad I did! After years of feeling unmotivated and sedentary, I’ve not only lost 32 lbs, but I now have the energy to play and keep up with my 5-year-old daughter in ways I hadn’t been able to for so long. Bariendo has been amazing throughout my entire process. Staff is extremely down to earth, compassionate, and informative. The ESG was the best life altering decision I could’ve taken. I finally have control over my life and health. I have lost a total of 60 lbs in 4 months. They have also been so flexible with my hectic work and life schedule for post op appointments.

I have to say that I was very scared from the start to work with virtual doctors, but my nurses did a great job explaining everything and making sure I understood the process. I ve been struggling with my weight for the past 5 years as many other after the pandemic, not even my many pregnancies got me to this horrible overweight. Im less than 5 ft and I was 155 pounds at my heaviest. I tried the gastric balloon almost 4 years ago (with horrible side effects and pain) I tried medication, exercise and hormones and they were all temporary. I had my procedure in April and I lost all my extra weight without any issues at all and no side effects.
