Save yourself the agony and go directly to each company.

Time to deal with insurance in a different way. Suggestions??? Mine has increased more than 30% in 2.5 years.

Whatever they’re selling I don’t want. I answered the first time and told them I was uninterested. I had to block them after they called me from 7 different phone numbers

If I could give zero stars I would. They don't actually present you any quotes for insurance. They just capture all your data and sell it.

As for insurance, they just provide you links to other sites where you have to enter your data all over again.

Everquote is therefore quite useless.

STOP calling me. I made the horrible mistake of trying to get multiple quotes online for insurance. These people NEVER stop calling!!! I’ve blocked at least 10 different phone numbers from these people!!! Leave me alone!

This company sells phone numbers to spammers and scammers.

I went to usautoinsurancenow to get a quote for insurance (note: at the bottom of the website, it states that usautoinsurance.com is owned by Everquote.

The last known address for Everquote is 210 Broadway, Cambridge, Massachusetts, 02139-1959, Phone Number (617) 245-0615.

The website recommended an insurance company that already covers me based on my answer to one question, so was not helpful.

Done, right? Oh no. Thats not how this company gets paid. Rather, that’s when the spam and scam calls started, sometimes 10-12 a day. I talked to one caller early in the process. He told me he bought a list from everquote, and wont be doing it again because everyone on it has been harassed incessantly by the time he calls them.

To remedy this, Ive added my number to the national do not call registry, removed myself from the everquote lists, and told callers to stop calling me. Nothing has worked, and most of these numbers are not worth reporting because they are spoofed.

I called the contact number for usautoinsurancenow, and the operator told me that everquote was not affiliated with usautoinsurancenow. I gave her the link to usautoinsurancenow and told her to take me off of their list, but the calls persist. Probably not much more to do but change my num er, but holding out hope that the do not call registry will help.

User's recommendation: Do not use everquote or usautoinsurancenow, as these people are a direct and consistent resource for criminals to obtain your information. You will need to get a new phone number at best, and a new identity at worst. Frankly, I’m a little surprised they have not been indicted as accessories to a crime, but I also understand the burden of proof in criminal cases is high, and favors people like this.

OMG! Run! Called me like 14 times within an hour. Ignored the first 10 calls. I had to put my phone in airplane mode. Asked to be removed from their list for calls 11 through 14. On the 14th call I asked for a supervisor. Person asked why I told them they were the 14th call and asked to be removed from the list again. The calls finally stopped. Completely turned off from ever wanting to do business with this stalker company. One or two calls and a single email or text would have been sufficient instead of what they did. I will happily just pay more to another company instead this experience. HUGE YIKES!

Doesn't actually provide quotes. Instead they take all your information and then provide links to some sites that make you enter in all the information again. I could have done that myself. This is clearly just a site that harvests data and provides nothing in return.

Same story as most people... Looking to lower home insurance, provided my information and my phone blew up. 22 calls from everquote within 45 minutes. Impossible to block. That continued at varying degrees for a couple days. Finally had to purchase a spam blocker for my Iphone.

I filled out some information online for an insurance quote and then the phone kept ringing non-stop. After many calls that were marked as spam, with different caller IDs, I had to shut my phone off.

I was specifically asked whether I wanted to search for car insurance online or thru an agent. I strictly said "online." Soon thereafter - I was robo-called 4 times and texted. I had to block 4 numbers. This isn't an insurance company, nothing more that a lead generation machine using AI. Pathetic.

Total immediate spam from myriad of different insurance companies by email, text AND phone, all of whom had horrible claims records or were inappropriate for our home. If I ever had someone I truly despise, I would seriously consider sign them up.

They texted me OVER 20 times from different website address. THEY ALSO WORK WITH AWL LEADS AND ALL COMPANIES ARE OWNED BY THE SAME LLC.

Looked for an online estimate, they illegally obtained my phone number from a third party site. I know this because I put the wrong number in on purpose. They called me 5 times within an hour and when I answer it is no one on the other end. Ridiculous waste of time. Keep blocking them. They keep using different numbers. Hate places like this.

Absolute spam. I wanted to compare prices online after my rates went up. What I got was was non stop phone calls and texts from Everquote. At no point did I want to talk to any of these people much less get harassed by spoofed numbers. There is nothing I have good to say about these spammers. I am just bracing myself for all the calls I will get from whoever they sold my information to.

I made a request for online insurance quote. I got spammed with 10+ call instantly afterwards. Do not use this service. They will sell your personal data.

They came back with a quote that stated that I have one DUI on my driving record. I don't drink and never have had a DUI. When trying to contact them by email...got no response. And called their 800 number to complain, and got a recording saying their was no one there to take my call DURING THEIR BUSINESS HOURS!

Called me and i never subscribed to have any quotes done... VERY shady, I am not sure how they go my information.

I submitted all the information one would require for a quote. I immediately got 2 very high quotes. Then my phone started ringing. And ringing and ringing!! The companies calling require you to tell them all the information you already submitted to Everquote. Then, Everquote called me 8 times in less than 3 hours. I kid you not...

This company uses manipulative practices to both crowdsource confidential information and trick callers into thinking they are "filling out information online" then sells "leads" to insurers. I will never consider purchasing insurance from any broker that does business with them. They are also relentless and do not honor do not call preferences.

We continue to receive unsolicited calls from Everquote. We have asked them to not call us. Today a very rude man named Brian called. I told him no thank you and to please not contact our office... As I was trying to complete my sentence he told me to "Stop talking now" and then hung up on me. If I were ever to think of buying leads from Everquote he ended that thought process. I then called to complain and the gentleman I spoke to put me hold Hell never to come back.
