Order an item it turned up it was broken. They said send a picture. Send an invoice which I’ve done. They said they were sending a new product never showed up.

I never received my order. they tracked it and said it showed as delivered and signed for. I asked for proof of signature and never received that as well. "ellen" stated she would reship and let me know when they did and that was in august. I emailed her 4 times since that email and no response. I don't like to write bad reviews but I really wanted the item. now I would like my money back but of course again no responses

They blatantly ripped me off. They had the nerve to respond to my email with all kinds of excuses. Her name was Ellen Coffey. She kept saying it's on the way, it cleared customs, it's at the distributors, it's on back order. Bull and bull after bull excuses. I work paycheck to paycheck. This monitor that I thought I was getting was for my work.

I ordered 3 screens in May. Did not receive. Then was told they would send again. Did not receive. Company is a scam and the customer services mailbox is now full. Do not use

Product turned up smashed to pieces, sending glass items in a soft courier is obviously pretty stupid. I also paid the extra $2 for "shipping protection". Sent many many emails to support email address (which is the only contact details available) with absolutely zero response. Scammed out of $50.

I purchased something back in April, still not received anything.

SCAMMERS be aware. The company sends you false tracking information from China Post and then stall you with false information again claiming the parcel has gone missing and they will send another parcel out but the parcel they send is imaginary.

I never received my order. They keep putting me off and putting me off. They gave me a tracking number that does't work. Told me it was delivered twice. Could never provide proof and give fake tracking numbers. Been fighting this for 3 months, finally turned over a fraud claim to my cc company. This place is 100% a scam.

Ordered a card shuffler on April 22, 2025. Silly me, I thought I was buying a product—not signing up for a months-long gaslighting experience with “Ellen” from customer support.

By May 28, I noticed the item was apparently on a scenic cruise from China, something conveniently not mentioned when I ordered. I reached out to ask where it was, and Ellen cheerfully assured me it had been delivered. Uh… no. It hadn’t. Thus began a two-month spiral of delusion, where every email was some variation of, “It was delivered!”, and my reply was some version of, “No, it really, really wasn’t.”

I asked for a refund or a replacement—you know, what normal companies do when a customer doesn’t get the thing they paid for. Instead, Ellen told me to check my garden. Yes. My garden. For a package that supposedly arrived two months ago. (Brb, gonna go dig up my tomato bed and see if it sprouted a card shuffler.)

Luckily, I used PayPal, which meant I could hit the "stop the madness" button and get a refund in under an hour.

Moral of the story? This is just another bottom-tier dropshipper with cut-and-paste support and zero accountability. If you like spending your free time arguing with imaginary deliveries and treasure-hunting in your shrubbery, go for it. Otherwise, run.

Absolutely terrible customer service ! I have ordered multiple products , 2 were defective - one I was able to fix - the other I requested and was promised by Isabella on 04/19/2025 that a replacement shipped - It did not - I was lied to in the hopes I would go away- All I request is what I paid for - A working product and/or replacement. Many e mails later - no more responses , no product - Do not buy from this company they are not reputable. 7 months now and Im still not made whole by this company - Absolutely terrible !

Never recieved my order response was so poor its disgusting
They told me i signed for the delivery asked for proof couldn't provide any then told me to go to my local post office
Dont buy anything from this company. Thankfully I paid via PayPal got my money returned

Shipping, which took 24 days, was poor… and there was tape on the boxes inside so besides being crushed, the tape tore the boxes. I ordered 4 bottles and one came without a box. I wanted to give ans gifts so I needed the boxes. I immediately contacted the company but never heard back… I attempted to contact them three times. I should have ordered from Amazon instead of directly from the company.
I am also sorry I didn’t check trustpilot first.

I left a bad review on the evermore site and my review never was posted… so besides not responding to email, they are hiding bad reviews.

Don't buy from this company... Tracking info said product was delivered but i have nothing and no evidence that it was delivered. Another Chinese scam that social media is supporting and allowing people to be scammed out of money.

I ordered monitors from them in May, it’s now a month later and nothing has been delivered and the last tracking update was May 30th.
Contacting my credit union so I can get my money back.

Have not received the product. I ordered many months ago. I cannot look up the tracking number since it doesn’t exist have not heard one word from them. I have Paypal investigating it. Fingers crossed.

Got tracking info for over a month said it was delivered never received my package and pay pal is bo help at all they say they can't find my transaction even though I have receipt from PayPal and even got tracking number from PayPal both are ripoffs

Wish I would have come here first before purchasing. Ordered a product. They sent me a months worth of tracking information from China to my door. Item never arrived. Pay Pal would not help me either. Because for the fake tracking information indicating the item was delivered.
July 6. Still no product delivered. No contact from this Seller. No refund received

Fraudulent company. 0 star. I ordered the oil dispenser and the vegetable cutter, the oil dispenser doesn't even work and the vegetable is very poor quality pieces not holding together. Wrote to the company 2 weeks ago and they never answered.

If I could give them a zero I would. Ordered it didn't realize it was in USD and shipping. Cancelled immediately with an email as only way to contact them. No reply so sent 3 more emails. No reply. Weeks later I get an email saying it is being shipped. I email again to cancel. No reply. Get the product 3 weeks later and try and return no reply for a week. Then asked why, I answer and no reply for another week. Then told I have to pay shipping.

Had issues with my order, emailed customer service multiple times but never received a response. Terrible customer support. Do not deal with Evermire!
