I am a pre-k teacher and ordered this for my classroom. I placed my order for a felt Christmas tree on 11/13, as if 12/12 I still have not received it. I contacted customer service and they said it was on its way. The last email they said that they would look into to it. It’s been 2 days. This is horrible.

This company is a scam (EVERIZED) DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! If I could give them 0 stars I would! I made the mistake of order 2 Felt Christmas trees my order was placed on November 11, 2025 after seeing an advertisement on social media. What a big mistake!! Today is December 12 and I’m still waiting. I emailed them and all I get is that my order is on the way. The tracking info just states that it moved to the next facility. This company is definitely a scam so save yourself the aggravation and DON’T place an order with them!

Over 1 month and nothing was delivered. Customer service says” it’s on the way” an entire month- shipping indicates 8-12 business days. Do not order anything from this company

Good quality material, I think the grandkids will love it for years to come! It is not an overnight type a package so order early with plenty of time to get there!

Still waiting for my order to arrive. It’s almost been 4 weeks! I need this by the holidays.

Ordered the felt christmas tree & it never came. Said it would be here between 8-12 days and its been over 25 days and nothing. I contacted them and they said its on its way. I contacted my credit card company and got them to reverse the charge. I recommend everyone do this. The company is so sketchy and a scam.

Ordered two of the Montessori felt Christmas trees for grandchildren - in other states - based on the delivery estimate offering plenty of time to receive, wrap and deliver for the holidays. Four weeks later, still no ETA on my order's whereabouts. Terrible customer service has no better idea than I do about where my oder is or when I will receive it.

The felt Christmas tree with ornaments was a HUGE HIT with my granddaughter and neighbor boy! I I bought a few more for gifts of friends with small children. Parents loved it too!

Purchased item and tracking showed that the item was returned to sender. Reached out several times to Ever sized and was told they had to check with their manager two time and then checking with the carrier. Sent another email separate from the original
and was told the manager would send one out immediately that day, still have not received it. Requested tracking number of replacement item twice. Never received response from sender. ordered the item in October. It is now December, no refund and nothing received. This company is a scam.

I ordered a felt tree for my grandson to play with before Christmas and it still has not arrived a month later. After SEVERAL attempts to contact them they have not been helpful at information to where it is. When I tried to track it online, it said my order did not exist, although the money came out of my account the day after I ordered it. I keep getting the run around with them. I would not purchase from them.

I paid for 4-8 day shipping. It’s been month and the tracking number still says “preparing shipment.” I reached out to them 3 weeks ago because we were moving and I wanted to know when it would arrive and they just kept saying “it is on track to arrive on time” (well it was already late). We moved and I reached back out and asked for a refund due to not living at the same address (I paid for shipping insurance too) and she said she would talk to her manager. I still haven’t heard back and it’s been over a week. Thankful for PayPal’s guarantee and they refunded me. I will never order from them again.

Ordered mid November - still no product & customer service just keeps pointing to a tracking link that has not been updated since 11/28. What is interesting & highly suspicious is that I had TWO orders from TWO separate companies and BOTH have the exact same warehouse receipts. EXACTLY THE SAME - same time stamp - seems like a fraudulent/faked auto batch dump - I don’t believe there actually is any package coming at all. Please order locally or with a trusted, trackable online retailer.

Total SCAM!!! I ordered the Christmas tree on October 30th it is now December 3. Multiple emails. They claim to be a US based company. They are not. They are from China. Last email they claimed they "have to check with my local shipping partner" I am now going to dispute the charges with my credit card company. And find out how to files a complaint with I'm guessing the BBB. . Do NOT waist your money. This company is a total SCAM!!

UPDATE. .. it is now December 17 still have not received my order that I placed on October 30. I have sent several emails and now they have stopped responding. No tracking updates ,no information on my order. No refund! This company is a total scam!!

Ordered the felt Christmas tree and a felt Snowman, they have been in transit for 20 days so far and have no idea if they will ever arrive. Ordered on 11/8/2025 and was under the impression these would be shipped from a US based warehouse. I should have researched more before ordering anything from them. So not even sure if these will arrive before Christmas.

Update 12-11-2025. 30 days in transit and still no delivery and the tracking information has stopped updating at all. Really feel like this is basically a scam site that just happens to deliver something every now and then just to say "Look, we're legit!". Or these positive reviews are faked and not real. Because the number of negative reviews completely outweighs the positive reviews by a large margin.

Update 12-17-2025. Ok, so read some of the newer reviews and see that I am not the only one to get a reply from the apparently only customer service rep, "Emily Watson" from this scam site. But all is good as I provided all the details and filed a charge back with my credit card company. Recevied the full amount back. So if they tell you, like they told me repeatedly, that your order will be "delivered next week" just go ahead and get all details together and file a charge back, because it is probably the only way you will get your money back.

Item was purchased on 11/15. Contacted company that the item has been in limbo since 11/19. Their comment was it’s on track to be delivered. It’s now 12/2.

I have been waiting almost a month for my shipment. Ordered the First of November and no delivery or update on tracking. No resolve at this time.

Product was so cute and amazing quality! My daughter is 1 and she loves it.

It took a long time to get to my 3 year old granddaughter but she was absolutely delighted with it. It went up on her wall immediately and she decorated her own tree. I love that her fine motor skills will be used to pull the velcro-ed ornaments off the tree and decorate once again.

Everized Website is a total scam. Do not purchase ANYTHING from them. Either you will never get it or it will be very, very low quality and not what you ordered. They will not respond to your emails or any communication.

I ordered two articles for Christmas from this company back at the beginning of October 2025.The products have not been dispatched and the company are not responding to my requests for information. Another Facebook scam company?
