Scam, if I could give zero stars I would. My order says delivered but it’s just a piece of cardboard with a thank you note. Reported it as fraud with my bank

I ordered a wig Jan 25, 2025, sent an email to inquire about the wig Jan 27,2025 and was informed that it was processing. February 9 received an email with tracking number stating my wig was on the way. February 24 I reached out via email cause I received a thank you card but still no damn wig. At that point is when I asked for a refund.. They didn’t want to give me a refund as a matter of fact they insisted on sending another wig!! I said no cause I no longer needed the wig anymore! February 27 they said they issued a refund, after inquiring about my refund… like…. How long will it take.. All they would say is a refund was issued. I then sent another email asking how many business days it take to be refunded back to my card.. They stated 7-14 it’s been 14 days and still no refund!! Please do not order from this company!!

BUYER BEWARE!! This company can’t be trusted.

Everglow order was placed January 27,2025.
I never received my order from Everglow and it has been 2 months.

I contacted the customer service February 13, 14, 15. below is their response.

Everglow is a scam. Do not purchase anything from them. You will be throwing money away.

I ordered a wig in February, never recieved the delivery and have been getting the run around in each email response. I too believe this is company is a scam!!!

Avoid!! Absolute scam! After nearly a month I have received a piece of paper saying thank you for shopping on temu! Not a legit site avoid avoid avoid!

Also a week and still not shipped out.

I ordered my unit on 2/23/25, and have yet to receive it. It was due to be delivered on 3/6/25. I have reported this to paypal, and BBB. SCAMMERS!!! Is what this company is. I noticed a buyer who was scammed, wrote she was sent a piece of cardboard with a Thank you from Temu in a small white plastic envelope. I received the same. I didn't pay any attention to it, since I've ordered from Temu before. Now I learned it was from Everglow. Wth!!! Ladies, save your $$$a and time. DO NOT BUY FROM THOS COMPANY.

I placed an order for a wig on February 17, 2025. The tracking information provided by the company hasn’t been updated or shown any movement since the order was placed. I have contacted the company several times. All they do is stall and excuses. DO NOT buy from this company. This is a scam

DO NOT BUY!!!!!! This is a scam company!!! Ordered a wig and received a Thank you TEMU card instead! And by coincidence a friend had ordered a wig off the company too & received the same thing. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Save your money & go to a legitimate company!!!!!

I placed an order with Everglow Hair and, after waiting longer than expected, I reached out multiple times for an update. They provided me with a tracking number that was completely untraceable and insisted my order had been shipped. Despite my repeated requests for a refund, they refused to process it. It was only after I informed them that I had reported the transaction as fraudulent that they finally took action. The lack of transparency and poor customer service make this a company I would never trust again. Buyers beware!

After reading the comments here, I now understand that I've been scammed. I placed an order since 1 Feb 2025 and after more than 5 emails sent to their customer service, here I am, scammed, pay about $100 and never received my order. They keep asking me to be "patient" when I've been more than patient. They should be exposed for their practices if we all come up with our receipts to make sure PayPal ban them from getting any payments. They can't keep stealing money from customers while never sending their products.

I have opened a case on PayPal to try to get a refund and I will keep you all updated here.

If I could give them a 0 I would . We can all agree these are criminal stealing our money . I ordered and received a piece of cardboard. I file a claim with PayPal , finally got refunded today , because I also file a claim with internet crimes. Do not let them get away with this madness, they are thieves. Please file you a case with ic3.gov so they can be stopped.

This company is a scam you will not receive the wig or a refund, pls don't waste your money

I ordered from this company and I should have read the reviews first. Normally I do read reviews before I make a purchase, but I don't know why I did not read the reviews for this particular purchase. I got scammed and I use my credit card and whats so crazy when I reported it to my credit card company. They said the merchant was right about what they sent them, which was a picture of a wig on their stationary with the wig hanging up on something. I received a package with a piece of paper saying thank you from Temu. Please you guys be aware of this company take these. reviews very serious. do not order from this company, EVERGLOWSHOP. Please do not order from them. You're gonna waste your time and money they is going to send you a thank youpostcard but luckily I took a picture of all that and I'm gonna reopen my claim with my bank and send them all of my photos as well, which is legit photos, tonight. Please be careful you guys with your hard earn money.

I purchased a wig and simply never received it or no confirmation of delivery in over 2 weeks

DO NOTTTTTT order from this company! They are a scam! I ordered a wig for almost $200 and 1. It took forever for the package to come and 2. When it did come, it was a cheap knit hat with MeaCulpa on it! Good thing I kept the tracking numbers from Klarna and UPS. It clearly matched the packaging. They gave me the run around saying I was going to get a refund and never did. Then told Klarna they sent the wig when they did not. DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

I, like so many others got a tracking number and when I finally received my order. it was nothing but a envelope with a thank you note. no wig. When I emailed them they respond quickly but with the same promise. they will send out another unit. they have not.. Now that I look at the reviews, I am saddened to know that I am not alone. Please let everyone know that they are a scam. I purchased through Klarna and I am going to enlist their help and report this issue so that these scam artists stop ripping off people.

Surely one of the most sophisticated scams out there. They have well-maintained social media, appear accessible and responsive, and even have partnerships with influencers on Instagram (in their tagged photos section). They have an app, a well-designed website with all the information you’d expect.

When I placed an order, I quickly realized it was a scam after receiving emails full of excuses, and my package was never handed over to the delivery service. I made the mistake of paying by card, but I’m trying to see with my bank if I can have a refund.

There’s no point in asking them for a refund—THEY WON’T DO IT!!

I also filed a complaint with the BBB. Even if this scam gets shut down, people should stay vigilant—they could easily create more fake companies! They delete negative comments from their social media and steal content from others! Even their certification on the website regarding hair authenticity is completely fake—it’s a hideous montage! I will do my best to expose your ugly scam!

Paid for the hair 19/02 and to this day it never arrived. Then they said they have refunded me but didn’t state how long that will take. Now they’ve said 14days. Ironically, they have paid attention to not raising dispute with the banks on their website but said nothing about refunds, just returns. They’re giving scammer vibes. I’ll never order from them again. Buyers beware.
