Think they scammed me 457$ the set up a tracking number with no address assuming they played me the tracking number has been saying that the label was not created or not in the system. All of a sudden it says it’s out for delivery this morning. I paid with Klarna so I doubt they’re gonna cancel my payment plan.

SCAM!! Ordered on 3/4/25. Promise was 5-7 days. Reached out they lie and she delays and trump stuff is why its not on time. 3/24/25- Never received my order just an empty poly mailer with a receipt saying thank you for your order. They stopped responding after I hit them up about not receiving my order that showed an empty bag was delivered. Paypal wont refund me because of the tracking number shows delivered. Never order from these scammers.

I have been scammed by this company, order wig in February and still waiting. Received tracking that the order has been delivered to a wrong address. I have been trying to contact this company but no response. I can’t believe that PayPal is helping a company collect fraudulent money. I will keep chasing them.

Ever Glow Hair is nothing more than a fraudulent operation preying on unsuspecting customers. I purchased a wig in January, only to receive a worthless package with a Temu sticker instead—no wig, no explanation, just a blatant scam. Now, Klarna expects me to pay $200 for a product I never received.

Upon further research, I discovered that I’m not alone—countless others have fallen victim to Ever Glow Hair’s deceitful tactics. There is absolutely no customer protection in place against their dishonest business practices. When I attempted to contact them, as Klarna suggested, I was met with silence. Their “customer service” leads to a dead-end voicemail, and they’ve gone as far as blocking me on social media simply for demanding answers.

This company is a disgrace, operating with zero accountability while taking advantage of hard-earned money. It is unacceptable that they are allowed to continue scamming people without consequence. Customers deserve protection from this kind of fraudulent behavior, and I will not stand for it.

I placed my order on January 30, 2025. I’ve reached out to this company several times. They was good in responding back stating due to the hold that Donald Trump has going on my order was stuck in customs. I tracked my order and yes it’s still sitting in the port of Galveston. I kept demanding a refund the kept saying they are working on getting my order shipped asap. I waited and waited, just last month on the 9th of March they sent me an email stating my refund has been issued and it would take 7 to 14 business days. As of today 4/2/2025 I’ve yet to receive my refund. I do understand that this was beyond their control, but don’t play with my money. I’m so upset . Every time I email them they said a refund has been issued. It’s been way over 14 business days.

Yes ! I did the same ! I am so upset until I can’t even be upset anymore ‘ I have done all I could do to reach these ppl and this has never happened to me ! I have been just cheated , Robbed ! But I am praying 🙏🏽 I get my money back I contacted my back and praying these ppl can’t scam no more after all this !!! This is just sick 🤢 a price of cardboard ‘ and showing delivered! Hope they can live with themselves hurting ppl the way they have . There are consequences for things like this 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

They are scammers. I have had the same experience. I ordered a wig which they said they would customize. I received notice that the item was shipped and delivered but all I got was a piece of paper saying that the item was on its way. The envelope also had an incomplete address. The shipper was listed as Hugo Bessie 201 Sawmill Creek Macomb, MI 48042. Emails have not been answered.

This is a scam merchant. I recently made a purchase and lost my money. After making several requests for product or refund my communications were blocked. I filed a complaint with my card issuer, Facebook, FTC and BBB. Today I received message from BBB that the company is not responding or is no longer in business. Do not do business with this company. There are over 60 consumers with shared experiences on Facebook.

same! Order 2 units. Never received. Got a small envelope with a piece of card board in it with another about being a temu customer. Went to the post office, contacted klarna but all payments were already done and I'd sent several emails and they kept sending me the same response and now they don't respond at all.

Understanding the scam.
1. Make your order
2. EG's website says your order will arrive in 5-7 days + some ambiguous timeframe for customs
3. When your order does not arrive, (obviously because its a scam) contact EG and chase
4. EG will send a generic message that your order, along with several others, has been shipped, and to please patiently wait
(This was the first red flag because the message said it had been shipped to the USA. I am in the UK)
5. Keep chasing at intervals if you like, until you're bored
6. Eventually get a cardboard compliments slip in the mail from "their Temu shop" and no product
(I hope you have cctv)
7. When you contact EG, get fobbed off several times
8. Accept the fake replacement product story if you like, it only wastes more time
9. After several weeks of this, realise that you've been scammed
(Thank goodness you paid with PayPal right?)
10. Wrong. PayPal will ask EG for the tracking number which they are able to provide because they sent you the empty bag.
11. Unless you have strong evidence that they did not post your product you may get caught out.
12. Meanwhile, you're out of pocket for 3 months while PayPal make their enquiries. You know that's not cheap

The PayPal dispute category is 'product differs significantly from what was advertised' or 'significantly not as described' NOT 'the product didn't arrive' for those who came here looking for help

They got a one because I couldn't leave a review with no stars. I ordered a wig in February and it's the end of March and have yet to receive it. I have reached out to customer service multiple times. The first time they told me it was delivered but I have informed delivery so that was a lie. After I called them on that lie they said it was on its way that was a lie as well. Then they said they would ship a replacement still haven't received anything. I asked for a refund and no one has reached out. Now they just send a generic response when I reach out.

I placed an order for two wigs in Feb after lots of chasing EverGlow sent email saying hair has been shipped. On the 18th March i found a small envelope with a piece of paper with Temu written on it and no hair. I have complained to PayPal and EverGlow quickly sent PayPal a note stating that the hair was delivered. I have challenged this with PayPal and sent proof that only an envelope with a small piece of paper was delivered. This is clearly a scam this company is running. Also although they have so much social media presence they have stopped customers from commenting on their posts!

Full blown scam stole my money I sent over 30 emails and they have said for the last 3 months the wigs coming I’ve now had to contact my bank avoid at all costs this is the worst company on the planet ….

Never sent item after months of complaining! Do not buy. These people are scammers and thieves! Wish I could rate them a negative 0!!!

I feel like I got robbed. I ordered my item on 2/7/25 and as of today I still have not received it. they contacted me and indicated they had the wrong address and wanted to verify. turns out they had an incomplete address and said they had to investigate where it went, in the meantime they're sending me a replacement (2wks ago) which I never recieved. then USPS indicated that my original package was piut in the mailbox
( which til this day 3/28/25 never got). Im not getting any answer about my replacement package nor my refund nor where exactly my orignal package went.

Ordered months ago, not received my order and customer service has ignored various emails from myself requesting updates and now a refund. Absolute scam. Avoid at all cost

This company is a scam I ordered a wig in February but never received it. I emailed the company a few times and they sent me a long email saying they would send me another wig. It's now March 27th and still no wig. I spent around $300.00 for this wig but never got it. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! please don't order from them

I’m so frustrated! I also was emailed because of Trump that order is taking much longer. However they only provided one tracking number and when I finally received the package it was a small little package with a writing saying my package is on its way. I just filed a complaint through PayPal. Like another person mentioned, I can’t give any reviews on their site or really anyplace else so the only thing a customer can see is those fake IG posts.
