Terrible experience. They felt strange upon opening sort of crackly like paper but I decided to give them a try for a few days since they were inexpensive relatively speaking. Does not hold up to leaks or odors and do not waste your money.

I wrote to Jess (the company owner, who regularly sends email with a faux personal feel, promoting sales), noting that a single pair of underwear in my most recent order was strangely small. It was the additional pair I'd ordered (promoted at the end of a purchase, for a lesser price) along with a 5-pack. All were the same size, L. All of the pieces in the 5-pack fit very comfortably. The extra pair barely went up my hips! I sent a note, and Jess responded by sending a replacement pair. That pair too, was very small, and also had a hole in it! I wrote to Jess in December, but have yet to get a response. I'm very sad to say this, as I've been ordering regularly, but will move on to another company with more responsive customer service. I cannot recommend ordering from this company, as they don't back up their claims of great customer service.

To be honest they are a ripp off. I waited 5 weeks and when they finally arrived found they didn't work. I would like to return them but as I have tried them twice and washed them I know they will not agree to a return.
Money down the drain. Do not buy them.

Surprisingly find the fit ok. The lightweight material is also comfortable. My issue is the absorbency is insufficient. Both light and heavy lack what you really need. Very disappointing and customer service doesn’t care. Sure you can return product but already paid original shipping then have to pay again to return. That’s not good service. Don’t waste your time or money. There are much better products out there.

The product does not perform as advertised. The fit is poor and unstable— the legs immediately roll up with even basic movement, making them uncomfortable and impractical for daily wear. This isn’t a minor flaw; it affects the entire function of the product.

For something marketed so heavily on comfort and reliability, the reality falls far short. The design feels poorly thought out and not properly tested on real bodies in real use situations.

While the fabric is soft enough, that doesn’t compensate for the fundamental design issues. I expected a functional product and instead received something I couldn’t wear with confidence.
Their return policy is unfair considering it is THEIR product that is defective and costumer service was useless.

I would recommend purchasing Knix products which I have found highly superior to Everdries.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing unless the design is significantly improved. Total waste of time and money dealing with this company.

Everdries are the worst , it's like you have on plastic pants over a diaper swish swish , If you want some leakproof underwear that really works try Evella these are incredible seriously they feel just like regular underwear with a little extra protection you can't see , but it works and is machine washable , I've washed mine at least 10 X and their great . Their soft try them .

The thinnest fabric, I ever saw. Looks and feels awful. Would never ever buy them again. Totally overpriced.

I loved these! Very comfortable & I don’t feel or look like I’m wearing a diaper because I’m not. This is my first experience with these issues, newly 50, & I will be buying more.

Everdries changed my life. No more wearing bulky pads & feeling uncomfortable. No more asking my family or friends if i have a wet patch before going in the stores. I wished it didn’t take me 2-3 months to decide i will try it. Now i can go out on my own not worry. I had started having problems a year ago, i had cold & everytime i would cough i would start leaking, but then it got worse over time &realize i had to find something to help my problem. I spoke with friends my age & they had the same problems & we decided to look into & read reviews of different types of panties that actually work. So i am the first to buy everdries & now my friends will be buying them too. It’s been a couple weeks now & im happy i bought them & the prices was amazing for 5 panties. i bought 2 sets. I will be buying more in the future. Try it you won’t regret it! Thank you everdries for changing my life.

Useless. My knickers from KMART are more comfortable and just as ineffective even when wearing the thickest pads.

When I received my package I did what I always do before trying something on, I washed them tried a pair on did not like the fit or the fact that they were really thin fabric. I did a wet test on them and realized that I would be able to feel the wetness of them. This I felt that they would be extremely uncomfortable to wear. These panties are not worth the money I paid for them, I fell that I got ripped off because now they won’t refund my money because I washed them. This to me is really poor customer service.

Even for very small leaks these are no better than regular underwear.

Rubbish Not leakproof at all.

No stars in reality. I ordered extra large because I read some reviews that said they were a bit on the tight side; waited weeks for the order to arrive in the UK only to find them flimsy, shoddily made and did not fit - far too tight.
Very uncomfortable but I wore one pair for an afternoon and found that they did not even retain the small amount of leakage I experiences between my original location and the toilet which would have been less than 6 yards. The double thickness gusset is tiny, so even if the gussett fabric had absorbed a significant leak it would still have spilled over the edges into the less absorbant stretch fabric. I have since found that it would be pointless to contact customer service to try and return. Oh, and by the way, the "new" shorts are so skimpy that the "legs" simply roll up and gather in the groin the way normal knickers sit. So completely useless in every way. A real scam and it has claimed yet another victim. And nearly £40 wasted. They must be making a fortune out of disable suckers like me. I would try to siu bmit my compaint to Trading Standards but I doubt if they have any kmeans of sanctioning a US company.

Making a return is a joke along with customer service being non existent. They need to quit advertising.

I paid for 2–3 day shipping when I placed my order on April 11. When the items shipped on April 14, I received an email stating delivery would take 3–7 days (their standard shipping), so I contacted customer service immediately. I was told this was an error and that my order had been shipped correctly, and I was directed to the tracking information.
However, the tracking showed a delivery date of April 18. Customer service dismissed the delay as “only a day late,” but that “one day” is after I leave for a trip—the entire reason I paid extra for expedited shipping in the first place.
To make matters worse, the customer service I received was rude and condescending. Because of this experience, I won’t even be trying the product at this time.
Do not recommend.

I became aware of Everdries when I did laundry for a friend who had back surgery. She highly recommended them, so I took advantage of a clearance promotion to try a package of 5. I used the size chart, as well as the reviews which often noted that they run small. I normally wear size M underwear, but I ordered L because I wear size 10 dresses and slacks. But the L were too big for me and uncomfortable because of the baggy fit. I immediately contacted customer support, which readily shipped me a replacement package of M. Both of my orders were shipped quickly and arrived in less than a week. And they did not require me to return the original order of size L; instead, they asked me to donate them to a women's shelter, which I did. They were ecstatic to get them! I highly recommend the product and the company! But I recommend that you order the size you normally wear in panties, as they are true to size. I might also add they work great, and launder beautifully. I do not dry mine, but let them air dry clipped to skirt/pants clip hangers.

False advertising, these are no good at all for even small leaks. The extra absorbant ones are also not fit for purpose. They have said I can return them but have to pay the postage. To send them back will cost as much as the underwear did. Do not be tempted to waste your money

Customer Service is nonextant. The delivery was extremely late with cutesy messages. I wore the item once, washed it and it was defective. I had followed their laundry directions. I contacted Customer Service with photos and explained that I followed their laundry instructions. The response was as if it wasn't read thoroughly. It did include a suggestion and I tried it. When I responded it didn't work and wanted something done about the purchase, no response.

I wanted to return my order as I had mistakenly chosen the wrong style. This has involved a lot of messages and emails since 12th March. Today, 12th April, I received this e mail- 'However we do not allow replacements from one style to another. If you want, you can return your order for an exchange and we'll process the replacement.'
This is the standard of reply that you receive from this company, after a simple request of asking how to return their product. I can't believe I've spent a month of my life dealing with such poor customer service and never getting a definitive answer to : How do I make a return?
