Great product
The api is very easy to use, and the customer service is really responsive. The product is reasonably priced. I'm happy with both the coverage and content of the news. There are also a few useful and unique functions inside the api, such as removing the duplicates, and entity recognition.

Love it when both product and customer service are great. Event registry has both.
Our company needed an API to get the latest news for the sector that we operate. We tried multiple vendors before we made our final selection. What we needed was a simple and easy-to-integrate solution to our platform. The sandbox / playground was a nice feature to setup our code faster but also useful for the non-technical people to evaluate the value that the API brings. However, the most important part, was by far the customer service. Yash really checked-in with us multiple times and offered help even when we also were in the free tier. To put it in other words, the combination of having a free-tier to make a quick proof of concept, the well-written documentation (most of the time) and the excellent customer service made our decision to go with Event Registry in the end very easy.

Great end-to-end experience
Easy to use and setup API. Great documentation; the sandbox environment is a big plus as you can articulate and execute on your needs there first. Outstanding support - Yash is one of the most responsive reps I have worked with in a long while.
