Beware you must pay duties and shipping and they don’t make the customer aware of it. I spent $300US $550 CAN and $175 duties and taxes without being aware of this!!!!! Disgusting!

I love my doorway beads ( not beads - plastic circles) - very retro and match the 50's retro look I made my living room into. You guys rocked it for me. Thanks a lot. BTW - they were here Saturday morning (3 days later) and not a minute too late. I'm really happy with them.

Not a good company. The knowingly ship out defective merchandise and they also do not post bad product reviews on their website. I wrote a bad review about a product I received defective from them numerous times and the review never showed up on the site. Very dishonest company. Shipping is also very slow.

All 24 Gold beaded acrylic plates came in perfect condition and very good quality! Very impressed

I found everything went smoothly until I tried to print a receipt. I was unable to print it.

Quality / type of material is inconsistent. We've ordered before and new orders don't match what we already have.

Product arrived when promised and in good condition.

Product and quality is good. The one disappointment is that I received one upright pipe damage. There was a dent in one of the pole and it was hard to put it in or take out. I know that one of the pole was mail to me intentionally, because The carton and wrapping was in good condition, no holes on carton or carton crushed. I didn’t have enough time to mail the product back and get a replacement on time for my event so I end up keeping the dent upright pipe.

Your product is wonderful! Wondering if different packing practices would help to prevent denting

Thus far, my experience has been absolutely fantastic. Waiting on the rest of my order but so far incredibly well made products with fair prices.

I placed an order over a week ago and paid for expedited shipping. I even called to make sure it would arrive on time and it did not. Highly upset and this is the 2nd time I didn’t receive an order on time.

I haven’t use the products I purchased yet but the service and how quick it got to me was amazing! Will post pictures after the event end of June.

Horrible customer service, got a product thats defected, they want me to ship it back (I pay for shipping) and a restocking fee

I made a $10,000 order and ordered black drape but when it went through it changed to white. I did not receive a confirmation email. When I contacted the company the next day And asked about changing the white drape to black drape they said it was my fault and I would have to pay for shipping to ship the white drape back. I do not understand why they would do that after out we spent so much money
