Im Dezember 2017 ein Eve der 1 Generation bestellt und bis heute nichts erhalten. Wert: 1.322,99 EUR.
Meine E-Mails wurden irgendwann einfach nicht mehr beantwortet.
Inzwischen heißen die DOUGH, sind aber die gleichen Betrüger wie damals. Also Finger weg!!!

Worst company I’ve ever had the…

Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Utter crooks. Placed an order for a spectrum for >€1000 and cancelled the order within 3 hours.

Informed me it would take 20 days to process the refund.

20 days passed and they moved the goal pasts to “end of the month” breaching their T&C’s.

Emailed them every day and was given vague emails blaming their payment provider, telling me to be patient etc etc pushing the goal posts back again.

Started the chargeback process via my bank to which they have the audacity to decline. Currently waiting and hoping for justice to prevail.

I’m not one to usually leave such reviews but I truly hope these criminals are put out of business and banned from any future ventures. Absolute shisters , charlatans , crooks, and I wouldn’t help them if they were on fire.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. I Bought Eve 2-in-1 in 2016, and until today, no refund. They don't answer emails, and when they do, false promises. I don't understand how this company keeps scamming people.
DO NOT BUY from this company ! Better spend a few hundred dollars more and have a company with a reputation to back up their product.

Worst experience ever!
I ordered months ago, they keep delaying the shipment, but always only for a week or two at a time. Though they of course know that's not true.

Got upgraded to express shipping, have multiple emails confirming this.

Just asked where my unit is, they don't know and they apparently send it with normal/slow shipping. Probably gonna take months still.

Keep away from this company, they clearly don't understand how to run a company on this scale!

Update:
Finally received the monitor and the stand today.

The stand is broken.

All the extra I ordered, wasn't in the package.

So now I have a monitor I can't use.
This is redicolous!

4 years since order, no product, no refund, only excuses

It is now 4 years since Eve's authorized online store took my money, never sent a product, and lied to my credit card company to dodge my dispute. Since then, I have been told I would receive a refund "soon", "in June", etc from Eve over and over again. I received excuse after excuse about not enough funds available to issue a refund, while they put money into R&D'ing new products. I even offered to convert my order to the newer generation product instead. Nothing back but empty promises, and no taking responsibility for what their branded web store did to countless customers like me.
Do not give these liars your money!

Avoid Eve Tech company at all cost.
Got the device (1st gen) in December 2019, the keyboard stopped working after one week, I reported it immediately, and now, 17 months later they sent me a Portuguese layout one (originally I ordered with UK layout) stating that they won't produce UK keyboards anymore for gen #1. And the funny thing is, that the replacement keyboard they sent me does not work properly either.
Customer service is literally non existing, they respond only as they please, sometimes after months, and refusing to give you proper solution. Again, avoid them at all cost.

-Demande de remboursement faites en juillet après plus de 6 mois d'attente.
-Plainte avec CONSUMER COUNCIL pour voir directement avec Fortress à HK sans succès
-Plainte au CEC qui ne peut rien faire avec la Finlande car soir disant EVE TECH n'est pas responsable des problèmes de son revendeur !
-Aujourd'hui il ne daigne même plus répondre alors que soit disant le remboursement devait avec lieu au 4eme trismestre 2020. Pourtant, ils vendent encore ! J'hallucine que rien ne soit fait pour les arreter !

Total scam

Total scam, this would-be company! Beyond words really. Ordered and paid 2000 EUR for a laptop in December 2016, that is over four (4) years ago. After 2 years I got a reply to my many inquiries, indicating that the wait would be worth it. After that, no reaction whatsoever any more despite repeated attempts. Until recently. Message that they broke with "Eve-Tech ltd" and that they are now another company, "Eve-tech Oy". Believe it or not. Please fill out a reimbursement form. We will be in touch with you soon. Never heard from them again. But still receive marketing emails every other week. Steer away from those crooks. Incredible that they are still allowed to conduct business.

Total scam job

Ordered dec 2017. Laptop never arrived. Support says that since payment was made to a Hong Kong based subsidiary, that Eve have since broken all ties with, any claim towards Eve is null and void.

So if you want to order a laptop FROM EVE and then have them throw legal technicalities in your face, that are beyond your control, then please go right ahead. In that case I 100% recommend this company and you 100% deserve to lose your money, since you're doing it after the fact that this company is a total scam.

Garbage "company"

Eve Tech has proven the utmost lack of respect for their customers while censoring opinions that do not please them.

Avoid at all costs if you want a functional laptop: in any case of hardware malfunction (in my case cracked screen), there is no possibility of fixing the laptop (which is unlawful in the EU).

The fact that they are now in the process of putting a new device on the market is outrageous. Eve Tech is a scam and should be prosecuted.

Hello, with Order #857593237EUAB we bought Eve V for the institute. We got a technical problem with the power on/off button - see pictures attached. It is impossible to use it normally - makes contact very rare and cover can fall.

Theft ! 3 years still no refund or computer !!

Paid for a new device in their flash sale DEC 2017, now Nov 2020 still no refund after cancelliing the order after one year wait !! No cummunications, No replies to any emails, no care in the world SCAMMERS !! and they still grab money for new orders. Unbelivevable.
I am Now seeking legal compensation.

Pure SCAM

Like many others here, I ordered an Eve V in Dec 2017 and this laptop never arrived. I was fortunate that I got my refund through my bank more than one year later.

I seriously doubt those people who said they received their order. Even those negative reviews which said they received their laptop might be fake. Most probably more than 95% of orders were never delivered. Yet, they are still selling the laptop like nothing bad ever happens. This company is a SCAM. Period.

STAY AWAY FROM EVE-TECH!

Dear everybody considering buying at EVE-tech,

my personal opinion is this: Stay away! It looks like this won't be going on for much longer, but even if, there is a huge chance that you get nothing for your money anyways, as so many of us have! For more info, please check the Reddit thread "Those who have NOT received your Eve V - Speak up!". Stories like this:
"It's been almost 2 years ago.
I sent them emails to know when my new computer (I'm supposed to be working on!) will arrive. They told me "Soon - high demand is delaying our deliveries". Since 6-8 months, they don't give me answer to my new emails.
I've been 1000$ scamed and today I'm totaly disapointed.
Good luck everyone."

Their behavior is nothing but infuriating. So please take this advice and rather put your money in a pile and burn it!

And to everybody who didn't receive a refund from EVE yet: I strongly advise you to do everything you can, to get the money back as soon as possible!
