DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY: Eva and Willow Nantucket. I ordered a dress from an online picture that I thought was very pretty; however, the bodice was way too short. Wrong size? OK, no problem. The problem is that there are NO REFUNDS....does this company even exist in America? It says it is housed in Nevada; however, is it? Took forever to get to me, then was the wrong size, then I couldn't return it. I had email responses to me at first (saying "Keep the dress and we will refund 20% to your credit card." I want 100% refund as I have a dress I cannot use. When I asked about how to return it, "Julie" said she would get back to me....it's been weeks. No response. I now have a dress I cannot use; I cannot return, and a credit card charge of payment. Bogus company! Don't order from them.

This is an absolute scam of a company. When you first place an order and have questions, they will respond but if you have any issues, once they have your money, they ghost you! They send the wrong product and size and won’t respond to assist with refund or exchanges. DO NOY GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

This business is a full scam. I spoke with someone through email on May 22. I decided that I did not want the product that they sent me because it was poor quality and didn’t fit properly. They offered me a 20% refund because the item was on sale. It is now June 25 and I have still not receive one dime. Terrible customer service and even worse quality don’t trust them.

SCAMMED over $140...how can we all file a class action lawsuit against them!!!

I was scammed by this company! After several weeks trying to work with them with no results, in fact, multiple emails were completely ignored by this co. Then my cc company, investigated and resolved it immediately!
Thanks Credit One. I was taken by the story of the woman owned business and unique style. But when it was all undone this ordeal with Eva & Willow Nantucket was an extremely anxiety producing experience! I never got my purchase but believe I will get the charge reversed.

This company is CRAP. I ordered a 59.99 dress (said non refundable) ok fine. It took almost 16 delivery routes from China to USA customs and eventually to me.(over 3wks). I got the dress. Im always a small. I couldn’t get this dress zipped up past my bra line . I gave it to a more petite friend and she couldn’t zip it, she gave it to her teenage niece who has not fully developed and didn’t fit her . This is a joke. It’s not made correctly. I asked via email if i could get refunded . She offered 30%. Never saw that since May 3. It is now almost end of June 2026. The quality is crap . Do not waste your money with this site. FYI they are not sisters in Nantucket either, that is bullshit . I go to Nantucket every summer . The store front does not exist .

Scam! Do not buy anything from Eva and Willow Nantucket. Cannot cancel the already super late order. Lesson learned and card cancelled.

Quality of the material I received was terrible. Customer service was not willing to offer a full refund even though the material is not the same as what they advertised. I would never order from this company again.

I received my order and where were some problems with it. First of all it was very wrong size. I ordered 2XL and received small. Second - was a very low quality of the item. Also, it smells very bad. I informed the seller immediately and was asked to send them a pictures of size, quality and label. I did. No replies. So, don't buy from them.

I purchased a romper from this company and when I received it, it was too small and too short in the seat so I messaged them to return it for a refund, they asked me to send pictures of the item along with tags but there were no tags just stickers on the plastic package that it came in, did that and then I get an email response that the return was denied but they would give me 10% back. I paid 56 dollars for this romper and 10% is nothing. The one star is too much they should get no stars. I will never purchase anything from this company ever again.

I ordered 2 dresses which I hoped might work for a wedding. They took over a month to arrive, then they were of poor quality and fit. When I tried to return them based on the "30 day happiness guarantee" advertised on their website, they required pictures first then said I didn't qualify for a return but they would graciously offer me a 10% refund. Forget it. I will give away the dresses to Goodwill. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Terrible quality. They lie about the company—and about their return policy. They won't send you a replacement item, nor will they refund your money.

Thought I was purchasing from Nantucket, MA but instead it is a false storefront and product is from China. Ordered 6 weeks ago and still have not received my order. A shipping label was created in China with no other information provided. Do not buy from this company!
