Cara from Redditch is FABULOUS
I went into the redditch branch to see if they had any deals on disposable vapes as its nearing june when the ban goes into force; The lovely lady was called Cara; she was absolutely fantastic and was very knowledgeable about the products, She listened to what I was looking for and was able to find the perfect thing that I wanted. I was recommended a Dojo pod vape and wow its fantastic and really good value for money. Cara was so lovely and kind and we even had a good laugh. Will definitely come to this store again!

Awful online experience
Awful online experience, ordered £100 of vape refills for holiday , paid then it asked me to verify my age , I do not have either of the methods available to verify . Asked for refund and they agreed and said it will take up to 10 days. Why is the age verification after payment and not before ? And why didn’t it mention online age verification is required before placing the order

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced with the age verification process. We completely understand how this could be inconvenient, especially when preparing for a holiday.
To clarify, age verification is required to ensure we are complying with regulations for selling age-restricted products. The age verification step is mentioned when you enter your date of birth during checkout, and we aim to make this as clear as possible. Unfortunately, due to regulatory requirements, it’s not always possible to complete this before payment.
We’re glad that you were able to reach out for a refund, and we appreciate your patience as we process it. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
