18 Degrees Air Conditioning Ltd Omdömen

Great experience with Evans and Son. We used them to install two AC units in our home. The whole team was very professional and easy to work with. They were very responsive from the start and explained all the different options to us. Very neat and tidy work. Would 100% recommend.

We needed to have a our soil stack repaired as it was damaged during a loft conversion a couple of years ago. The side of the house is very high as we live on a hill. We also wanted air conditioning installing to the loft.

Evans were great - they were able to quote using photos of the inside and outside of the property. Due to the height where the works needed to be completed scaffolding was required, and they arranged this also. They arrived when agreed, did a good job and left everything clean and tidy.
Would certainly recommend.

Mark, Louise and Matt did an amazing job from start to finish of selecting the right units for the job, managing the dates to get the various stages of the job complete through to commissioning of some beautiful and highly effective AC units. On installation days Matt was super prompt and thorough while Mark was on hand to answer any pressing questions I had, delivering them very calmly and collected. They are a wonderful team to work with and I would highly recommend Evans and Son. I’m now looking forward to summer when I can get these babies running!

The team have been great and professional through our the whole process. Happy I went with them. Thanks alot guys

I spoke a few local AC companies for quotes for a new built brick garden room.

Having already worked out a few basic calculations, I had seen that 2 smaller indoor units were more economical and would provide better comfort/coverage than 1 larger unit.

All the other companies recommended a big single unit and didn’t want to entertain 2 smaller units.

Yes,it might cost a little more initially but I’d expect to see a cost saving in the future.

Fitted with the minimum of fuss with Toshiba guarantee. Tidy install.

Many thanks Mark and Louise!

Great communication from start to end. Very professional, knowledgeable and flexible. Highly reccommend this company.

Amazing company - since the beginning to the end of the job - friendly service, communication was excellent, was kept up to date with updates of the units arriving.
The work was carried out in the time expected and to very good standards and they responded promptly to resolve an issue after installation.
Would 100% recommend

Great service Mark was very knowledgable - the AC has been a game changer!

The team at Evans & Son are knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We had an issue with our boiler losing pressure, rather than fobbing us off over the phone, Mark visited our house, identified a faulty part was the issue, ordered a replacement and swiftly fitted it. He also serviced our boiler. I can highly recommend Evans & Son and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. We now have a happy working boiler and we are very happy customers.

Just had my Aircon serviced by Evans & Son after one year of running.
Its been brilliant to have the aircon in our main bedroom and living space.
Mark and the team were polite, punctual and helpful discussing the best place to fit each unit inside and outside. There was no pressure on time to work it out. Once back to fit them the work was quick and efficient, causing the least bother and all very neat and tidy.
I trust these guys and have no problem at all in recommending them. The aircon is a pleasure..

Very neat and tidy and efficient job. Nice people and reasonable price.

Good workmanship and advice from Mark and is team. Last February 2021 Installation of boiler and towel radiator. Advised and replaced Keston for Vaillant, boiler has been working well. Advised and replaced radiator for towel radiator and bathroom is warmer than before.

Mark installed two Aircon units with WiFi adapters back in 2020. My network has changed and he popped in when passing to reconnect the WiFi modules without charge. I was extremely happy with the initial installation and this demonstrates their customer philosophy.

Mark and Louise have been great to deal with from the beginning. They helped me choose the right unit for my flat (performance and aesthetics) - which I'm delighted with. And delivered and fitted on time. Their support and back-up service has been excellent too.

Very helpful & professional company.
Neat installation, very pleased with end result.
We had an air conditioner installed in our new conservatory, for heat and cooling.

Evans & Son supplied and fitted an air conditioner unit to a first floor bedroom in my home. Even though it was summer and they were under enormous pressure, they were able to send a person to provide a quote and carry out a survey very quickly and also managed to squeeze the job in so as we were all set for the warmer weather. Great service from a well-established local company. Very efficient engineers and good value for money.

I recently had an air conditioning unit fitted in my bedroom, it has made such a difference. My partner and I both love to be cool at night and its so lovely to be able to set the room to the perfect temperature. The engineers were extremely polite and efficient, all work was tidy! Would highly recommend.

First class work. I would use this firm again.

Quality professional job, highly recommended.

We have just had an AC system installed in our kitchen extension and main bedroom. The team at Evans and Son have been great, with Louise providing prompt, helpful responses and Mark providing information and guidance on the right system for us and best location. Fitting was carried out in a few hours and looks great! I would certainly recommend Evans and Son.
