EV Accessories Omdömen

I had a brilliant experience sourcing a Tesla part. The part was on backorder, arrived into stock exactly as promised, and was shipped directly to me. I was kept informed at every step of the process. Communication was quick and easy via WhatsApp and the price was great too. I would highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service from Nigel and his team! They just could not have been more helpful to find the right part, make sure the delivery courier was acceptable, and to even include a print out with the filters on how to fit them. 10/10

Second time buying from EV Accessories and another fantastic experience! Quick, friendly, and polite customer service every time. If you can’t find what you're looking for on their site, drop them a message and let them work their magic. I'll definitely be back!

Outstanding service - got all my filters, and wipers from them. Great value, fast delivery, and great after service.
Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Difficult to get the right filter, but after two non-fitting parts, spoke to support who arranged a return/refund and tracked down and added the correct part to the site for me.

Needed a couple of suspension spring isolators for my Model 3. Seller went out of his way to help. Recommended!

They weren’t able to supply my parts as it’s a newer EV but were very quick responding and helpful! Fully recommend!

A very good company for finding parts for my Tesla. Have used them several times. Even when they don't have a particular part, Nigel always goes above and beyond and does his best to find them. All the prices are competitive and the excellent service makes it even better value!
Any issues are resolved quickly and without added stress.
Highly recommend! Thank you ☺️

Absolutely perfect service from ordering and delivery could not fault anything full marks well done Nigel

Amazing service.Gave advice and dispatched quickly. Responded on Boxing day !!

Absolutely amazing service received.

I ordered an urgent part and they went above and beyond to make sure I received it in time.

EV accessories will be my go to for parts from now on!

Great work, thank you.

The company went that extra mile to ensure that we could pick up from a pick up point as didn't have time to wait for postage. The part fitted perfectly. Thanks!!

Order a part for my Tesla model S. This was 22nd October (3 weeks ago). Not dispatched, no communication beyond an invoice, no responses to emails. Presume I'll need to do a credit card chargeback now, which is a ballache. Avoid.

Wowza. What a brilliant Company to deal with. Personal Service and great back up.

Highly recommend.

I recently purchased some accessories for my Tesla and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and genuinely friendly, providing a level of customer service that is increasingly rare these days. Delivery was remarkably fast, and the whole experience had a traditional, customer-focused touch that’s hard to find. The fact that it’s a British company only adds to the appeal. Highly recommended

I bought an item from them company which had very minor cosmetic damage, probably caused during shipping.
I emailed EV accessories to explain the problem and received a reply within the hour. Very good customer service, arranged a replacement, leaving me feeling very valued as a customer.
Clearly a customer orientated company with fast service in a kind and professional manner.
Highly recommended.

I have just over ordered on one item. They saw my error and immediately refunded me. Fantastic. I have full confidence in using this website again.

I've bought a few things from EV accessories now over the last 5 years - motorised funk accessory, CCS connector holder and the usual upgraded LED internal lights and puddle lights for my Tesla to name a few.

The order process has always been simply, the delivery speedy, the accuracy of the order perfect and the friendliness of the staff exactly what you'd expect and hope for.

Totally recommend them as an established supplier of EV accessories who've been doing that for many years.

A real pleasure to dela with. Recommended.

Was sold faulty goods. When I complained, all they wanted was to try and send individual replacement parts rather than refund any money whatsoever for return of the entire kit. Avoid like the plague. I'm now down £750.
