After being disappointed by a major electrical company who said they could install post survey, and on the day decided they couldn’t, was reassured first phone and then by the on site survey that it was possible. On the day, smooth installation, professional, polite and made sure I was happy with everything before they left.

Excellent service, great work
Liam was responsive in his communications from the moment I made an initial query and set out our options clearly. He was also able to arrange an installation surprisingly quickly. His engineer Luke arrived on time and got the charger installed without any trouble. Overall, an excellent experience - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Herts EV Specialists to anyone looking to get an EV charger installed!
