Purchase of hall sound system
Swift and helpful response from initial contact to discuss sound system for school hall. The regular emails leading up to purchase ensured the equipment was suitable and exactly what was needed. Billy was amazing and spent time with staff setting it up and going through the equipment, how to use it and how to store it. Would definitely recommend this friendly and professional service!

I had different experiences with…
I had different experiences with Ev-entz. While Billy was really helpful in guiding me to a good PA system for a cathedral performance, and their service was quite professional, it wasn't always perfect. The communication was generally good, and they helped with my acoustic guitar for a fair price. The staff are friendly and accommodating, even ordering items if they’re not in stock. Though there were a few hiccups, overall it's an average experience. Thank you, Billy and the team.

I went to Ev-Ventz to buy a drum kit…
I went to Ev-Ventz to buy a drum kit for my son. The staff were all helpful and professional. They informed me about the different woods and quality. The staff allowed my son as much time as he needed trying out the different kits. Delivery came the next day.

I'm really sorry to hear about your frustration with the delivery of your floor tom. I understand how delays can be frustrating, and I wish we'd had the chance to assist you before you felt the need to leave a 1-star review.
It’s worth noting that we haven’t received any communication from you regarding the status of your delivery during this time. If you had reached out to us, we would have been happy to provide you with an update. Just to clarify, the drum is out for delivery today, and we did send you the tracking details via email and Reverb.
After looking into the tracking, I found there was an unexpected delay between the label being created on October 14th and the parcel arriving at the depot on the 22nd, which unfortunately was beyond our control. I truly apologize for any inconvenience caused.
