Ordered on line and was pleasantly surprised with timeliness and quality of product at such a great price

Everyone was so nice and resolved all issues immediately and to my full satisfaction. Interesting product line.

Everything went wrong.

We were looking for a specific set of chairs and Eurway was the only place we could find them not on back order. The chairs arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Would definitely shop here again.

The manufacturer had our preferred fabric on back order. We elected to wait rather than take our second choice. The bed frame came from Canada , through Austin TX and then to CO. Delivery update was excellent by phone and email. Frame is what we expected, unique and well made.

I am new to Eurway and was impressed with the range of styles they offer, their reasonable pricing, and their fast delivery (and careful packing--I ordered a floor lamp and was concerned about its glass shade). I'll return to the Eurway website for future needs.

The lamps were as described. They could've shipped a bit sooner. I would shop here again.

Product was even better than picture. Packaged well and delivery guy was pleasant and accommodating.

Good selection.

I bought a fairly large desk that arrived attached to a wooden pallet with a wooden frame securing it to the pallet. The delivery driver brought the desk to the door of the office building where I worked, but that was it. I had to dismantle the wooden frame and pallet and discard it myself. I managed to get the (fairly heavy) desk into my office with some difficulty. More of an ordeal than I am used to with product deliveries.

It took 5 months to get my order. They called to tell me 3 months into the order that they couldn't fulfill the my original request and I had to pick another fabric or wait another 3 months before they could fulfill my order. Once the order was complete they called to tell me that that they were inspecting the order and shipping it out. When I received the order one of the legs on the chair were bent. They acknowledged this in an email to me. I sent them a picture of the bent leg and have never heard back from them. Let's not even talk about the delivery company that woudl only schedule an 8 hour window with only a 30 minute call ahead notice that basically takes up your hold day. I would not order from this company again......

I was looking for a desk for a home office for my husband. I needed something thats good quality , sturdy and classy . This desk is everything I was looking for . We were a little woried to shop online and afraid about any damages that might happen through out the delivery process but it was very well packed and it came in perfect shape . The delivery was much faster than what we expected and we got nottified day ahead prior to delivery with the time frame window when to expect the driver . Overall very happy and I hope my review is helpfull to others !

Received all products as expected and assembly was easy.
I have more items to order.
