At the end it works well.
But the delivery took a longer time than expected.

The goods were not delivered. I still had to pay for them.
No recommendation!

So, at first i was a bit angry that my package didn't arrive but later it appeared that it got lost in the mail in England. In the mean time It has been resolved and I am happy.

Excellent company. Fast delivery. Highly recommend them. Great customer service too.

Delivery from the UK to France.
I received exactly what I ordered. Due to Brexit and customs procedures, the delivery took a bit longer than expected. However, when I contacted customer service to inquire about the delay, they replied within 30 minutes and followed up thoroughly on my package.

I also had to pay a €5 customs fee and wasn’t sure why, but they refunded it immediately and responded quickly once again.

Honestly, I 100% recommend this website.

The package was not delivered to me personally.
Nor was there a card in my mailbox stating that it had been delivered to a neighbor or taken to a collection point.

My order hasn't arrived and all I can see from tracking is that it's on hold until I pay custom charge. How to pay or where not stated.
I have emailed you, but no reply from your side.
I am still waiting instructions of how to pay customs.
Edit on the 14th of January. I have sent you 3 emails to get instruction on how to pay customs and receive my order. I paid not just few euros for it and it's money lost and no product received, seems like a scam, you take money, then don't communicate on how to resolve the issue. I can pay any charges myself, I have simply asked how to.
I don't usually leave reviews especially bad ones but this experience has been the worst I have ever had with any company.
I am expecting an answer or refund for my product so I can order from elsewhere where I receive what I pay for.

I have ordered the Opalescence pf 35% because of these trustpilot reviews i had my doubts so i had contacted Eurowhitening before ordering. They told me that the issue with customs was resolved and that i could go ahead and order, and if anything was to go wrong (which shouldn't happen) they would refund me the fee even if it results in a loss for them.
So i ordered and it was in Belgium within a week. It's been 2 weeks since i've received the gel, i have used it and i can verify that it is the exact same i got from the dentist and it works perfectly.

Because Eurowhitening had answered my mail very fast and reassured me a refund if anything was to go wrong and their product is original, i felt the responsibility to share my pleasant experience.

They didn’t mention whilst placing the order or confirming it that I would have to pay 38 euros of import duties, so in total my order was for 100+ euros when it should’ve been of 69 only. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

it took a while because of clearing at the customs; but communication was very clear and fast.

VERY BAD!!!! DO NOT BUY IN BELGIUM. YOU DONT GET THE PRODUCT BECAUSE THEY CLAIM U PAY A SICK AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR TRANSFER COST!!!!!!
