Niet bestellen, € 68,95 betaald maar mijn product (Crest 3D deluxe) nooit ontvangen!

Ordered from there before a year ago and received genuine strips however this time I received a fake brand of strips that I could get on amazon. The packing slip doesn’t show the price I paid which was £35, it just said “replacement order” in black handwriting and instead I received two boxes of Dentico whitening strips which are £10 each on Amazon. Avoid.

This is a SCAM. I have reached out to them three different times now wondering where my order is(Been a month, and still in Hong Kong, China), and I have not got an answer. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I placed an order with them over a month ago. They have withdrawn the money, but I have not received my item. I have sent several emails to them, but they are not responding.

Absolutely useless company, don't bother ordering anything from them.

First order there was a delay in over two weeks from when the order was placed and it arriving & the second order was placed on 18/01 and arrived on 28/02 over one month later, contacted Eurowhite on three seperate occasions and didn't get a single response back.

Would never use or recommend rather pay more money and go elsewhere.

I received an order a month later, for 10 instead of 20 strips. I had to pay extra postage even though I had payed.

Raised a dispute with PayPal after reading online reviews. They replied with tracking number instead of issuing a refund. A week later, a box of fake Crest whitening strips arrived. Waste of almost £60. Reviews on website claim the product is from Europe, but actual parcel arrived from Hong Kong. Do not buy.

After ordering I read the reviews of eurowhite and I was worried I'd made a mistake. After two days of radio silence on their end and fearing the worst I sent an email asking for an update. They replied almost immediately with my tracking number. I followed it diligently and almost exactly one week later on than the day I placed my order, it arrived! It's exactly what I wanted and came as they said it would.

I placed an order on November 26. Today, December 21st, I am still waiting for my parcel to arrive! I sent e-mails to the cargo company DHL many times about the situation. They told me that the situation was related to the local post office and that I should contact the local post office. As for the local post office, they say the problem is with DHL. When I forwarded the local post office's response verbatim to DHL, the only response they gave was "Contact your local post office." DO NOT SHOPPING FROM THIS SITE! To those who think it's a fake review, I can show my order and the emails from DHL and the local post office.

Ya voy por el segundo mensaje, esperando que el servicio de atención al cliente decida trabajar.
Si quieren un tratamiento de blanqueamiento pidan en cualquier otro lado, esta gente solo te hace perder el tiempo...

This is a scam:they take your money and then you never hear from them again.
Or they claim they don’t have your name.
My CC was charged for 39,95 euro last month and I still haven’t received anything.

Customer service explained the different options and I decided to go for the natural teeth whitening which is so easy to use.
Takes a couple of uses to notice the difference.

Estafa absoluta. Pedí 20 unidades del producto y después de un mes me han mandado 10 y pagando aduana, cuando en el precio total no avisaban de ello.

Respondiendo a vuestra contestación: pagué yo misma los costes de la aduana, y tal y como lo indicáis efectivamente da lugar a confusión, no especificáis nada de lo que me explicáis aquí. Vamos, que tenéis mucho morro. A ver si cuidáis más de vuestros clientes (los que se crean la excusa o caigan sin querer claro, yo desde luego una y no más).
