1 Tela stampata male più 2 tela tagliata….ms la cosa peggiore è il servizio clienti che per non rimborsare o sostituire gli articoli danneggiati….spariscono nel nulla….nonostante le foto ben visibili negano tutto….oltre al danno anche la beffa……Dettagli dell'ordine 2302230…..adesso voglio proprio vedere come mi rispondono adesso….questa cosa che i clienti mettono recensioni false deve finire perché con questa cosa poi veniamo derubati sempre noi e nemmeno la critica ci lasciano ( detto in generale)

Spedizione troppo in ritardo, stampa con pieghe sciupata, e il formato che ho scelto non corrisponde. In più non rispondono più,non fanno nulla per rimediare.
Terrible. Never waste money again. They messed up my request, and the product isn't for the intended purpose. Plus, it was damaged... after I requested assistance, I received a vague response, asking for information I'd already provided, and then they ignored my communications. Abandon the site. This is the company that promises you products and then steals your money.

I bought a poster that arrived full of creases and marks, it's pretty shitty. I don't recommend it.

Pessimo servizio. Ho pagato la spedizione più alta che assicurava la consegna entro Natale... il pacco è sparito. Ci mettono giorni a rispondere e non rimborsano l'acquisto mai ricevuto. Sconsiglio vivamente. Buttato tantissimi soldi.

La qualità della stampa è discreta, ma è stata arrotolata in modo non adeguato e con la sufficiente cura per cui si sono formate delle pieghe molto visibili.
Perfette invece la spedizione e la consegna.
Non ricomprerei da questo sito.

Although the A1 poster print is on top quality paper, serious creasing to one side due to poor packing in package. Shame really.

Print was badly damaged and they only refunded me 2/3 of the original price I paid minus postage so I am out 20 euro for a print I can't use. Customer service is terrible. They were rude and arrogant. I won't be using them again.

Ho acquistato due poster in sconto 61x 91.5 cm. La spedizione è stata anche più rapida della previsione. Sono arrivati accuratamente arrotolati e impacchettati. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, sono soddisfatto.

if you get not item you wanted they wont refund.

DO NOT BUY unless you are 100% sure it is what you want.
The measurements were misleading and I tried to return for a refund. The process is really hard and even when I laid for postage, it got sent back to me because tax needed to be paid at customs.
This is NOT a UK company (despite advertising as such). I have now wasted £27 and I poster I can't use

Ho acquistato una stampa e relativo quadro (cornice in plastica, trasparente in plexiglass).
La transazione è avvenuta senza alcuna problematica, l'ordine è stato imballato alla perfezione senza che corresse alcun rischio durante il trasporto.
Esperienza senza alcun dubbio molto positiva, nonostante le numerose altre recensioni, qui presenti, che testimoniano situazioni diverse.
Personalmente il giudice è ottimo, sotto tutti i punti di vista.

Mediocre quality but cheep on price. You getting what you pay for. Some posters are blurry, some not more than OK and customer service says that is normal because "they are digital and not high resolution".

Poster was much bigger than described (A1 instead of a3) so I returned. They refused to pay for the postage to the czech republic (cost me £15!) Then they refused to refund me even when I provided proof of postage. They didn't collect the poster so it was sent back and they are still refusing me my refund! On op of that some of their staff are so rude over email.

Stay away from them!

The poster was good quality and it was impeccable. Only the shipping time was a little longer than they said it would be, otherwise good.

Poster was of poor quality, really unprofessional print. The frame was very cheap wood but also cheap-looking. I had to send it back and even paid 13€ for the return costs. 10 days after sendung it back and I still havent received my reimbursement.

Ho acquistato una stampa con cornice ad un buon prezzo. La spedizione è arrivata leggermente in ritardo. Quando ho aperto il pacco ho scoperto che il colore era nettamente diverso rispetto a quello presente nel sito.
Ho effettuato la procedura di reso ed ho dovuto occuparmi io della spedizione presso il punto di raccolta di Udine. Dopo qualche giorno mi hanno restituito quanto speso inizialmente 54,39 € ma ci ho rimesso le spese di spedizione per € 17,00.

Calidad inaceptable en formato 30x40. Las imagenes se ven pixeladas, se notan mucho los recortes por Photoshop. Ademas en la politica de devolucion NO mencionan que los gastos de envio de vuelta corren por parte del comprador y seran 4 veces mas caros que los gastos de envio!!! Redulta que aplican otra politica que definen unicamente en ingles y que la devolucion no es a la misma direccion que emision original del pedido desde Madrid, sino s Rep. Checa!!! Una estafa!!!

I ordered a print on canvas from europosters.gr, it was delivered from Czech Republic to Greece with no invoice. They replied to my e-mail and send me an ivoice the day after. The quality of the wood frame is poor as well as the quality of the print out (poor colours and image resolution).

Excellent quality, I was very impressed!

Just be careful when you are tearing apart the poster from the packaging.
