This is the second time the staff at Europit, Clacton on Sea, have basically saved my life. Why my car has to develop a problem just before a holiday away heaven only knows. The staff towed my car, detected the problem and fixed it all in time. What a great team of people. Many thanks. In fact I cannot recommend them or thank them all enough. That is including Emma, Jake, Michael, Tim (breakdown guy) as well as Darren for driving me back home the day of the car crisis.

Europit tyres - Ipswitch. Excellent service when we had a puncture while driving nearby. They had us back on the road in about 10 mins (great price too). Highly recommended.

Can't remember dates. But... was very hasty last time I left a review fir a mechanic and ended up quite disappointed,. Was also let down by my regular tyre guy so ended up at clacton branch of europit tyres. What a find! The guy in charge is ex merc ,the service is great . They have now maintained 3 of my cars in a little under 18 months. Mot services tyres, even recomended mersea auto transmissions for both merc gearboxes. Can't rate them enuf great bunch great service you couldn't want anything more from a garage. Yhis review is long overdue but I wanted to be sure, thanks guys for every thing you have done for me Steve

Bury St Edmunds branch provided excellent service and above-and-beyond customer care - even running me home and collecting me afterwards.
Competent and straightforward to deal with. Accurate estimates of cost. Friendly staff too. I'll be back.

Staff who work at the Heybridge store park in nearby roads and they throw litter from their cars into the street when they leave. This has been going on for the couple of years.

I went to Kwikfit in Ipswich and got 2 new tyres. They then wanted £78 to do the alignment, which seemed expensive, so I said no. I then took the car to EuropitTyres in Ipswich, they checked the car and said the alignment was perfect and didn't charge me, thus guaranteeing my custom for life.

Do not recommend in the slightest. Went there for four tyres to be fitted. Took over 2hrs 30mins, to fit four tyres… absolute joke.
Not only this, I was told by the receptionist that wheel alignment was included, nope. Charged an extra £36, for something I only agreed to because I was told it was included.
Everyone that came in after me seemed to have been prioritised and left long before me. Would not recommend and will not be returning. Would rate lower if I could.

We have used them some 6 times this year for tyres and MOT's for our families cars and on every occasion Europit staff have been most helpful and prompt, doing a great professional job.

First time have used them, needed a new tyre, they were simply lovely quick and helpful we just went there didnt have an appointment, got a cup of tea and our border collie got a biscuit, really really impressed, staff were so nice, would use them again.

A few months ago, I brought my car in with an A/C issue. I was assured that there was nothing wrong with the compressor (which I accept was correct) and had the system re-gassed. The first time, dye was not added, so they re-gass it , which brought my total cost for gas to approximately £130

Unfortunately, the A/C has stopped working again. When I returned to the garage, I was informed that the condenser is leaking and needs replacing, along with a pipe, and that the system will require another re-gassing. I was quoted around £600 for the condenser replacement alone, excluding the pipe.

Given that the A/C failed so soon after the previous work — I am concerned about whether the initial diagnosis and work were adequate, and whether the condenser issue could or should have been identified at that time.

I tried Europit Clacton when my usual tyre centre had no appointments to check a slow puncture. So glad I did; they were able to fit me in fairly promptly, and advised me that I didn't need to replace the tyre as they were able to repair it. Not only great service, but a very nice free coffee too!

Morgan the sales advisor and his team at the Bramford road branch have been very helpful to me and my mum, sorting my Focus st tyres and valve when I had a puncture and fitting a battery for my mums Ford Fiesta. Wow... what a service.. went there today off the cuff as another local garage messed up trying to regas the air con on my car . They fitted me in straight away with no hassle. Great expertise, great knowledge thanks guys your my go to place now .

Went to the Europit depot in Bramford Road in Ipswich as my exhaust tail pipe was falling off. I contacted Morgan at the branch and he couldn't have been more helpful. I went in at 10am, the replacement exhaust was delivered at 2pm and I was back on the road in no time. Thank you Morgan and team

I went to have my tyres checked at the Clacton branch and the service was excellent. They assured me I didn’t need a new tyre and adjusted the rim so the tyre didn’t deflate. They didn’t charge me and wouldn’t even accept a tip. The staff were courteous and treated me with respect.
