I recently rented a portaloo from euroloos for my builders at my home in London and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient when it came to booking and delivery, and the portaloo itself was clean and in excellent condition. My builders were very happy with the facilities and it made a huge difference to the overall construction process. I would highly recommend for anyone in need of a reliable and high-quality portaloo rental!

This firm and its account managers are either FRAUD or they have criminal records! They have promised not to charge us any auto rolled off-charge after giving them 4 days of notice over the telephone. Off-charge email has been sent after numerous chase up calls but they have stilled deducted monies from business credit card without my consent! Avoid this firm.

Very happy with the service from their sales team, quick and efficient, everyone I have spoken to on the team is informative and quick to get me an answer! Not enough people leave good reviews and that is a shame! As I cannot fault the company at all!

Delivery was quick and trouble free.
Toilet has a small dent in the roof but it was delivered clean and driver was very helpful, placing exactly where we wanted it.

Great service again, delivery and pick up was effortless, portaloos always like new, clean and regularly serviced. Well done.

I would not even recommend my enemy to get this loo. We have construction work going on in the house. We have hired a Portable Blue Loo from Euro Loo. Our Loo service was supposed to be every Tuesday. We have this loo for last 2 months. 1st service was not done for 2 weeks. Loo stank the whole street and our house. We called and begged for someone to come. A person comes on a Thursday after 2 weeks. Services the loo. Now our day changed to Thursday for Service. Every Thursday if I don't call and remind, no one comes. Again it has been 2 week. I called and reminded again yesterday. I was told someone will call. Nobody called and no one came to service. While writing this review. I am on a call with Euro Loo again and l was told that next service will come on Monday. So If its serviced on Monday, it will be a new Service day now (Monday). I hope Euro Loo reads this review and corrects the Servicing procedure so customers do not have to worry about weekly servicing and bad looks of neighbours due to smell. BTW, Their customer service staff is excellent and never had to wait long in the queue on the phone line. Thats a plus.
Update 11/05: As Becky promised someone will come on Tuesday 10/05, no one did. I called Becky again. She said I will send someone urgently. No one came. I spoke to Becky just now at 8:46am on 11/05. She said she put it in urgent service. 2 of my neighbours already knocked my door. One neighbour has small children play just outside my house and they actually do not play outside our house or their house anymore. Thats blessing in disguise. They were Noisy kids. So hire Euro Loo if you have noisy kids outside your house. Another next door neighbour came and just told me this is unacceptable. "We are coping with construction noises but smell is unbearable" we have had Euro Loo Porta toilet for around 6-7 weeks now and they have missed 3 services already. Find an alternative before getting one from them or just dig a hole in your garden or front yard. That will probably serve your needs better then Euro Loo. At least you are not paying for the hole...
