Eurogiant roscrea today monday november 4th. As I approached the shop, i could see the blonde girl standing at the counter serving someone. When I came walking towards the shop she turned the lights off. The time was 5.52pm!!!! The shop is supposed to close at 6! I had 8 minutes to get what I needed if I had been allowed in. If the shop is supposed to close at 5.52 then you need to update your opening times online. Also there was a paying customer standing there while they turned the lights off .

Excellent service

Ordered a large selection of crisps and sweets for my daughters up coming birthday and some of the crisps I ordered were out of date on the day I received them and when I checked everything else they barely had a month left in date. I contacted customer service straight away and of course I heard nothing back. Beware if ordering food and make sure to check dates when they arrive.

Picked up two lollipop said 2 for €2 was changed €1.25 each and got 2 cans red bull that had no return sign on it and told them at the till about it and they still changed me for it went back in and ur man behind the counter had a attitude on him cause I asked for my money back for the cans shocking customer service

I was over charged and because I had not a receipt and the person I was dealing with wouldn't go through the bin of receipts. I bought 4 items and was changed over €30 when in fact the price was €17. I wrote a complaint on line and received no reply

I recently ordered a yoga mat online. Delivery was so fast and they even included a little chocolate bar which i thought was so nice! Have told lots of family and friends to order from you online as it is so handy! Great customer service. Thank you!!

I went to Parnell Street Eurogiant like 30 minutes ago, to get a wireless mouse. Your white mouse was in a black box mouse and when I was checking it for the right color. your white Irish staff a boy said you can't open boxes I said the right mouse is not in their right boxes according to color. So I said can you get me the right one then. He started to be rude and starting swearinf smelly c*nt and all and chased me off the store. What kind of a racist management are you? Hiring racist people!! Swear to God willmever patron or advocate for your store!!! Racist management and Staffs at Parnell street dublin!!! Hope Karma will come back to you all for being racist towards customers. HOPE YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS BE YREATED LIKE DIRT. If you want to be a racist business then just hire white people and ask white people to buy from your store!!!

I have to say that the customer service at Eurogiant is outstanding. I urgently needed clear fillable Christmas baubles for a project for my daughter. I called the Westport store, Alan couldn’t have been more helpful, sourced them at another store and called me back. Also spoke with Gosha in Galway (total guess at spelling here so my apologies), again she was extremely helpful, also sourced baubles and called me back twice and I’m aware that she also emailed the other stores! All of this effort for a very inexpensive item when you consider how busy they must be at this time of year. Thanks guys I’d give you 10 stars if I could! ⭐️

I was initially happy with the prompt service and good price, but then you get what you pay for. The expanding garden hose that I purchased sprung a huge leak in about 1 month and was then useless trash.
