Easy ordering process

My builder ordered cladding and decking boards from Worthing branch
Have just had have the cladding replaced after 2 and half years because it keep cracking and spilling when it first happened just after fitting they sent a sale person round to look at it he said he would check with engineers and wood get back to me never did so it’s cost me money to replacecladdind

Really bad communication from all avenues. Website explained that I would hear from a 3rd party delivery company within 3 days, NO CONTACT after 7 DAYS, contacted thro website, NO REPLY, another 7 days, popped into local branch, guy took my details and supposedly contact head office and reply, surprise, NOTHING HEARD, another few days. Even tried to contact CEO, NO REPLY! Further delay. A month later, finally a delivery, 1 month down the road. I have used before, click and collect with no issue, but don't stock this item anymore! Their logistics are all over the place.
