A small DIY order. Good selection of sizes not easily available at other outlets that sell uPVC trims etc. and at good prices. Online order for collection was simple, advised as stated and staff friendly, appearing to be efficient in making sure I had the correct goods. Cant ask for much more.

My order was delivered in good time…
My order was delivered in good time there was a pice missing and the driver called me and arranged to pick up from another store and drop back to me which he did within a couple of hours. Can’t ask for much better than that.

I order what I need from their comprehensive choice on their website and then collect from their local warehouse. Anything too big to fit in my car they will deliver. For all your plastic trim for exterior and double glazing, I would recommend them.

Ordered some plastics and didn't hear…
Ordered some plastics and didn't hear anything for a week. Tried calling but no answer. Emailed through their website and got a reply saying someone would contact me. they didn't. I emailed again and eventually got a call telling me that one of the products I ordered (100mm vented soffit) was so rarely ordered no one had it in stock so it needed to be sent from some far away land. Eventually the order arrived and all seemed to be as it should. Oh well, plenty of other companies.
