Great service

I think Eurocell is very good because quick and easy to order on the website and very friendly staff at the Shirley branch

Ordered plastic shower trims and paid…

Ordered plastic shower trims and paid for them . Went to the branch the following day to collect them and found they were damaged and parts missing. Asked for a refund but not given one and I’m still waiting for the refund. Very poor service

Brilliant customer experience!

Brilliant customer experience!
No kerbside delivery with Eurocell.
David and Luke delivered our conservatory and Equinox roof today. Professional and ultra hard working guys.
They put everything in our storage area and then returned with the glass which they put in the house for safety.
Many thanks for a great job.

I ordered on a Sunday afternoon and my order was delivered the very next morning. I could not have asked for better service. I had to take a part back as it was delivered incorrectly but they were fantastic and sorted it out straight away.
Really good experience thank you
