I have used the Preston store quite a few times and always being happy , the customer services is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Alistair normally deals with my orders and have always found him extremely helpful.

Ordered online, within 20 minutes I got a text telling me my item was ready, the guys in store were very helpful, great service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ highly recommended

Bought a lot (approx £1300) of the Eurocell Grey Eco Composite Fence Panel Board - 1.83m x 300mm (6ft x 1ft), wanted grey to match existing garden decking etc, within two weeks had changed colour to a very very light grey. does not resemble colour when ordered and delivered. BEWARE if you want grey as advertised!!

Very helpful, went in with an old French door hinge for replacement - the guys at Preston (Dean and Craig) were very friendly and happy to help! The price was very reasonable too.

Highly recommend this place for plastic materials all the staff are great especially ste the manager he always does his best to help you and is very clued up on prices and technical advise i wont use anyone else where ever ste goes i will follow

Dean was cheerful, friendly and helpful in the shop and arranged a super fast delivery of UPVC skirting boards. Can’t fault the service.

Stephen, Craig, Alistair and Ben are always helpful, courteous, professional and solution driven. I visited the branch on Saturday 23rd November looking for a finishing solution to our products and Alistair and Craig talked through various trim options and informed they will be having more added to the collection. The team are customer focused and offer competitive pricing.

Ordered white fascia board but was given black cut them to go in the car so not returnable

Ordering was easy on line, I recieved a phone call the following day and was given a delivery date. On delivery day I was called to give an approx time. Fence panels were easy to install took just over an hour to errect the fence. I would reccommend the company very good to deal with.

I think Eurocell is very good because I entered the store and left 10 minutes later with all the products I needed for the job without breaking the bank.

Cracking products,staff know their stuff always approachable and know their stuff and have good communication skills and a sense of humour.
