I initially went into the Newbury showroom not really knowing what I was looking at but the staff member was superb and went above and beyond to help me.
The delivery was fantastic too. There was nobody at the property when it was delivered but all the products were stacked very neatly at the bottom of drive.

The team at Newbury Branch were excellant. They sorted out an issue with an online order which meant I could collect a similar product from the store. Then the next day they helped with a problem I was having with the installation.

Garden Room Studio One
I've recently had a garden room installed. Very happy with the product. My interaction with Eurocell was first class at all levels from accounting to the Project Manager. Special mention to Robin Iles the sales executive who remained in touch throughout the project.
The delivery guys were great and so was Dan and Robin from EWB installation. So professional and courteous.
I look forward to future business with Eurocell

Initially the staff were so helpful and their knowledge was great.
Then I ordered what I was advised would work, and not only did it work well but I was impressed the order came and was delivered on my drive after just 9 hours, amazing. I was expecting it in 2 or 3 days. Thank you

Big shinny website that took my money swiftly , shame delivery isn’t as quick.
Did email customer service, 48 hrs later still no reply.
Can not recommend & will not use again, Ever , interesting to see if this prompts a rhetoric filled cut and paste apology let alone my order .
