Great service as always from the Newark Branch Andy, Dave and April went above and beyond to collect materials for me when third party let us down with a delivery.

Wow if only all business's were this…

Wow if only all business's were this friendly. ok i only spent £45 but wow. Jolly, friendly, knowledgable and after me and my friends arrived another customer came in but in no way shape or form did we feel rushed, To be fair we had no idea what we wanted, other than a 2'6" composite fence, but the guy certainly pointed us in the right direction. ironically we only paid half of what we were quoted elsewhere, ok it was different stuff but we just wanted a fence.

I placed an order on the 16th

I placed an order on the 16th of June it's now the afternoon of the 23rd and still waiting for my delivery not happy with this service not received any a phone call or email

Very helpful, I ordered online , got a few items wrong and they phoned me immediately and amended my order

Adam @ Hermitage Lane was helpful

I telephoned my local branch at Mansfield to enquire about the estimated delivery time for my order, as it included 5m lengths of architrave and quadrant. I spoke to Adam and he couldn't have been more helpful in solving my delivery query. He said he would roll the architrave and tape it up, and that the quadrant would fold to fit in my car so I could collect it the same day. This saved me the delivery charge, and also saved me waiting 4 days for the delivery to arrive. Top class service from ADAM at
the Hermitage Lane branch. A pleasure to do business with Eurocell .
