Eurocell plc - Dartford Omdömen 

Used Eurocell a few times now and mostly pick up from shop last order was not stocked in my local one so decided to order online,from the easy to order and fast delivery .Delivery guy Miles was one of the most polite nice guys I have had deliver packages

So easy to place an order online, and they have a good choice of products which are much cheaper than elsewhere! Delivery guy was super friendly and helpful. I had a zoom meeting so couldnt help him with the delivery but he placed the fascia boards on the side where i asked him to. Thank you!!

Ordered online and was advised with a phone call from my local warehouse a day or two later that the product was proving difficult to find and that it could be discontinued, I emailed for a refund and that came back within a day or two, no problems whatsoever so was pleased with the outcome.

Ordered on line and the initial delivery date was a Thursday and John arranged to have in brought in earlier and deliver 3 day before the original date, the driver was more than helpful and pleasant to deal with, overall a good company to deal with

I think Eurocell is good because has a good range of products with competitive prices and high quality, as well as very convenient webstore and delivery service.

Although a little late on confirming delivery date, which is excusable. The quality of both the product and the delivery service was excellent

I recently purchased some anthracite grey skirting boards and internal and external corners. After cutting one of the lengths I notice that the face of the board was blistered and when offering up the corners they 1 did not sit flush and 2 you could see the white backing through the joint.
I then requested that the goods need to be returned as they were faulty and gave the reasons. I was offered replacements but when I challenged John about the corners he said "they are all like that"
John said that he would organise a refund but at no point did he tell me that it would not be for the full amount.
On receiving a partial refund I emailed & phoned the branch and was told that because the skirting had been cut I was not entitled to a refund for that board despite it being faulty.
Even if the boards had no defects at all, the corners did not sit flush and it looked awful.(if the backing had been anthracite grey it wouldn't have stuck out like a sore thumb)
I received a response today to say the refund was in line with Eurocells refund Policy ,well if that is how you conduct business you will have no more of mine.

The staff at Dartford are fantastic with me freely giving me help and advice, if I want something that you don’t stock they try to point me in the right direction.

If you are looking for staff that know how to deal with customers and train new staff in customer service look no further than your Dartford outlet.

I used Eurocell to provide cladding, fascias, guttering etc.

All ordered via the website which was fine- but it was the helpful, friendly and efficient support from the Dartford branch that made the whole process very smooth and successful. Much appreciated

Went to eurocell at Dartford Bridge today. We needed plastic to face garden steps where the bricks had blown. Their representative Philip Quogan went above and beyond in helping us with advice. After our purchase he even cut the lengths to enable us to get it in our car. Amazing service.
