Eurocell plc - Brighton Omdömen 

I would strongly caution anyone who places value on Eurocell’s 10 year warranty when making a purchasing decision.

I contacted the Brighton branch regarding a failure on my Aspect bi-fold doors. Without inspecting the doors, arranging a site visit, or carrying out any technical assessment, Eurocell concluded from a single photograph of one hinge that the issue was due to maintenance or fitting and therefore not their responsibility.

I was effectively told that because the doors had been installed and worked prior without issue, the fault could not be a product issue. When I asked the manager how this conclusion had been reached without any inspection and requested a review through Eurocell’s normal warranty assessment process, my email was ignored.

Based on my experience, there appears to be no meaningful warranty claims process at all. There is no dedicated email address, telephone line, or formal route for warranty assessments—you’re simply directed back to the branch where you purchased the product. From there, whether any investigation takes place seems to depend entirely on the individual employee handling your enquiry. In my case, conclusions were reached without any inspection and based solely on assumptions drawn from a single photograph. That makes the practical value of the warranty highly questionable. Having since read other Trustpilot reviews, my experience appears to be far from an isolated case.

The products here are great and really good quality, i placed the order online and then the local yard delivers it, I received a call from Lizzy who was very informative and was able to get the order out sooner than expected, also helped with another order to have delivered alongside my first order.

If you Need any cladding i recommend this company.

I think Eurocell is very good because good selection of fittings and trims at a competitive price

Ordered upvc skirting board no date for drluvery - needs to be fitted within a deadline - still chasing up for a delivery date and no contact from the local Brighton branch. Not impressed. Update this order hasnt been cancelled Have called local branch helpful staff member so upgrading my original review

It was easy to order on line & click & collect. I ordered a 20mm x 20mm finishing trim. Wish they also stocked 20mm x 30mm trim. Remember to take a saw to cut the 5m length down to fit in the car.

i got what i needed when i need it, at a good price

Easy to order, decent parking, competitive pricing, and prompt service in store.

Ordered something to be delivered only to be told later that the store didn't stock it and never had and had to wait for a refund.

I think Eurocell is very good because my order was delivered the next day and the skirting board is great quality and looks amazing.

The guys in Eurocell Brighton go out of there way to make sure you get your products at the right price and on time. There vertical sliders are second to none. I ordered 5 vertical sliders, they quoted me 3 weeks delivery and they were ready in two weeks great turnaround, and plesent guys to dill with.

I got excellent service today, as I had little knowledge about the right product I needed for my kitchen. Paul went over and above to help me purchase exactly what I needed.

Had to get some windows for my garden shed paul and lizzy was great from start to finish paul went though all the options with me highly recommend

Great service from all the guys at Eurocell Brighton, very friendly and polite…I am doing some bits of diy around the house and they gave me great advice on the silicone and trims I needed for the job..will definitely be using them for my garden project too as the decking and fencing looks amazing…and the costing is great too.

I ordered some decking materials which unfortunately were no use due to colour and pattern being different. I have now been trying to arrange a return and refund for around 6 weeks! I have made about 20 phonecalls which are never answered. Have gone through head office n had a response but issue still not resolved. I would not recommend this company at all - I have never experienced such difficulties in returning items 🙄

I visit this branch often and I have always found the service to be outstanding. All the staff are very friendly and polite. Just remember to close the door behind you.

I would highly recommend this branch for anyone working in the East Sussex area.
