Our sales chap Robin Iles was so lovely from beginning to end! Took time to take us through all the steps bit by bit, making it easy to understand and never made us feel like anything was trouble! Even when we text late asking Qs he responded and was clear and concise with what to expect and what would happen! Would recommend!

Amazing Service and very knowledgeable
Fantastic service from start to finish. Robin Iles has been very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. He has gone above and beyond throughout and I couldn't find fault with anything.
The installation team Ruben and Tommy were efficient and hardworking. I would certainly recommend!

The team at Eurocell Beckingham go above and beyond—nothing is too much trouble. Whether it’s sorting out last-minute materials, offering advice, or just providing great customer service, these guys bend over backwards to help. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making your life easier. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Both Alan and John from your sales team were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and based on the service I received would definitely buy from Eurocell again

Waited over 5 weeks for fence panels to…
Waited over 5 weeks for fence panels to be delivered from the Beckenham branch. After 4 delivery date promises that were not honoured I cancelled my order. I have never experienced anything like it! I would have given them a zero star rating if that was an option.

Poor service
Ordered online, went to store to collect as showed in stock & they could find the order & didn’t have the product in stock. Went to store on 2 further occasions after speaking to someone in store still not in stock although told the items were. Contacted customer services twice, second time was requesting a refund. Would have given zero stars if that had been an option. Very disappointed.
