I purchased a Slovenian e-vignette at 9:20 AM, but it was only activated at 11:24 AM – over two hours after payment!

I contacted customer support, but the delay forced me to purchase another vignette at a kiosk. I requested cancellation and a refund at 9:37 AM, well before the original vignette was activated.

Beware of the €29 monthly subscription! I was required to accept it to complete my purchase and had to cancel it separately.

Extremely disappointing service. I wasted time at the border and paid twice for the same vignette.

Save yourself the trouble and buy directly from the official Slovenian DARS website!

Scam!! Don't buy from them. I was charged the vignette instantly, but the confirmation came about 5 hours later, when I had already crossed the country anyway and had bought a second vignette to avoid fines. It took them forever to reply or send the confirmation and refused me a refund. Stay away and buy your vignettes from more trustworthy businesses.

I purchased a Czech motorway vignette through their website because I needed it for my journey. However, the vignette was not issued within the time when I actually needed it. Since I had to continue travelling and could not risk driving without a valid vignette, I was forced to purchase another one elsewhere.
I contacted Euro-Vignette and tried to resolve the situation and request a refund. Their response was essentially that the vignette had eventually been issued, their service was therefore considered completed, and no refund was possible. In my opinion, this completely misses the main issue. A motorway vignette is a time-sensitive product that a customer needs for a specific journey. Receiving it only after the customer has already been forced to purchase another vignette does not solve the original problem.
I am also very disappointed with the way my complaint was handled. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, the company simply closed the complaint and refused a refund.
I have kept the complete correspondence, order documentation and evidence relating to this case, and I intend to submit the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities for an independent review.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Euro-Vignette.com and I would not use their service again. For Czech motorway vignettes, I would strongly recommend purchasing directly through the official Czech motorway vignette system instead.

I made the mistake of buying a vignette from Euro Vignettes, not realising it was a reseller. I fortunately noticed the expensive subscription model, planning to immediately cancel the service as soon as my vignette was issued.

What I find particularly problematic is that there is no clear indication of the waiting time for the vignette to be issued, despite this being a product most customers will need immediately. In my case, it took around 12 hours. As I needed a valid vignette in the meantime, I had to purchase an additional one at a petrol station.

I immediately requested a refund, but they only replied after the vignette had been issued, saying I was no longer eligible for a refund.

Terrible service which, in my experience, provides no real added value. Use each country’s official provider instead.

Faccio un ordine di una vignetta slovena di 7 giorni per un totale di 16 euro. Oltre al fatto che mi sono trovato un abbonamento da quasi 30 euro che per fortuna ho disdetto subito, ho atteso oltre 30 minuti l'esito della vignetta che tardava ad arrivare. Chiedo subito il rimborso in quanto dopo 30 minuti di attesa ne ho comprata una fisica. Dopo 5 ore ricevo risposta negativa per il rimborso visto che mi hanno attivato la e-vignetta dopo la bellezza di oltre 3 ore dal mio ordine. Mi era stato detto che la e-vignetta sarebbe stata rilasciata immediatamente al pagamento. Servizio pessimo stateci alla larga e comprate vignette fisiche nelle stazioni di servizio

Expérience très décevante et manque de transparence concernant l’abonnement Premium.

J’ai acheté une vignette électronique sur Euro-Vignette pour un paiement ponctuel. Je n’avais pas conscience de souscrire à un abonnement mensuel de 29 €.

J’ai ensuite constaté un prélèvement de 29 € et demandé le remboursement. Le service client m’a répondu que j’avais accepté l’abonnement lors de la commande.

J’ai alors demandé la preuve concrète de mon consentement : copie de l’écran de commande, date et heure d’activation, preuve de l’acceptation de l’abonnement et version des conditions applicables au moment de mon achat.

À ce jour, ils ne m’ont pas fourni ces éléments et refusent néanmoins le remboursement.

Je trouve particulièrement regrettable qu’un abonnement récurrent de 29 € par mois puisse être associé à l’achat d’une vignette sans que le client ait clairement conscience de cet engagement.

Je recommande donc d’être extrêmement vigilant lors de la commande et de vérifier attentivement les éventuels abonnements associés.

I am giving 1 star because i have too but i would give none,on the website when you buy the vignette they somehow subscribe you to there service,which ia not really transparent,as when i bought the vignette for Hungary i did not tick any subscription and later after 2 weeks.i got charged 29 €,and after 1 month i got charged againd 29€,initially i thought that it might be late confirmation from my bank in processing the payment as i was abroad and on the most recent charge i saw that is something wrong,i went on the account and that is when i saw that i had a subscription,so i would say that this website is a bit of a scam,as they subscribe for a service that you are not aware,when i asked for a refund they said that they will not give back as this is how the webssite is built,so do not buy from this website as you will pay a lot more than what they say,so i guess this is a way of doing bussiness ......

Extremely disappointing and misleading service.
I purchased a road vignette from Euro Vignette, but without clearly accepting or authorizing it, a monthly subscription of €29 was apparently created in my name. They then started charging my bank account without my knowledge or explicit consent.
I consider this practice completely unacceptable and misleading. Customers should not be enrolled in a paid monthly subscription without clear and explicit agreement.
Be very careful when using this service and check your bank account for unauthorized charges.

Das Unternehmen Euro Vignette mit Sitz in UK ist ein einziger Reinfall: Man bekommt beim Kauf einer Vignette ein Monatsabo von Euro 29 über die AGB untergejubelt, die i.d.R. niemand liest. Eine Betrügerei also, lassen Sie die Finger von diesem Anbieter.

Havi díjat állítanak be egy vásárlás után és ismétlődő szolgáltatásként az karatod ellenére megsarcolnak. Kerülendő!

Absolute Kostenfalle – Finger weg. Ich habe hier einmalig eine 10-Tage-Vignette für Tschechien (12,24 €) gekauft. Ohne dass es beim Kauf klar war, wurde mir dabei ein „Euro Vignette Plus”-Abo für 29 € im Monat untergeschoben, das ich nie bewusst abgeschlossen habe. Seitdem wird jeden Monat versucht, 29 € von meiner Karte abzubuchen – für eine Leistung, die ich nie wollte und nie genutzt habe. Das Abo ist bewusst so versteckt, dass man es kaum bemerkt. Die offizielle tschechische Vignette gibt es für einen Bruchteil direkt auf der staatlichen Seite (edalnice). Ich musste das Abo kündigen und die Löschung meiner Daten verlangen. Kauft hier nicht.
