Excellent service
For the last 3 years we have attempted to take our team away to a tournament - 2 were cancelled due to Covid and finally we got to the Blackpool Cup this year (2022) - each time we have booked with Gavin and each time he has made the process as smooth as possible with constant communication and being on hand to answer any queries we have had - we would not hessitate in booking another trip with Gavin - Glenvale 2008’s

Place confirmed then given to another team!
We applied to enter as a local team. Then received a message to say that our application was successful. There are limited free places for local teams. Seven hours later Gavin gave our teams place to another team as the coach had not replied due to being at work?
Thank you for maximum disappointment. I won’t be helping you out again.
Further to your reply, my coach had received the text at 12:28 then a missed call at 17:22. He did not finish work until 19:00 and found a text to say our place had been given away. How is this ‘24 hours’?
Why would you not try to contact somebody else from the Club?
Why would we apply if we were not available?
Take us off the list, I’ll stick with other companies that I trust.

I realise you are obviously very disappointed in not being given one of the free places we are offering to local teams to participate in the Blackpool Cup 2022. As explained we had no reaction from you more than 24 hours after the place had been offered and having over 30 teams apply for the spot we had to offer it to the next team on our list. We will keep you on our standby list should another team withdraw.
I can only apologies again and remove you from our database for any opportunities in the future as requested. We have over 300 teams participating and demand for the limited free entry local spaces is very high.

Euro Sport-Ring and Gavin in particular provides an impressive professional service. Over the last year times have been hard with cancellations of tours due to pandemic, but Gavin has kept us fully informed and attentive to all needs. Wouldn't book with anyone else.

Gavin has been first class throughout the past 18+ months or so despite the ongoing and ever changing covid situation. Right from the start his advice and assistance has been fantastic. Every question or concern was professionally addressed and no issues were to small. I would highly recommend that you contact Gavin should you have future team / organisation travel plans once the current situation improves.

Gavin couldn't have done more for us we booked for 2020 and 2021 and unfortunately with both trips cancelled we will definitely be booking for 2022. He was on top of everything from the start as it was our first trip away he looked after everything and was constantly in touch to make sure we had no problems. Highly recommend booking trips with him and look forward to hopefully getting away next year. Slaney rovers u13

FC Kirkwood 2004's
FC Kirkwood 2004's booked our first non-local tournament with Gavin for 2020, but unfortunately this was postponed. The help and support provided by Gavin was the reason we booked in for 2021.

Blackpool Cup
Booked our 1st trip away with the boys to the Blackpool cup 2021 through Gavin,
Unfortunately due to covid we never made it but I would have no hesitation in using him again, right from the start he was always on hand straight away to answer numerous questions from me and help us out ,
Will be looking at using them again next year.
