I ordered them in February and they are still not here as of September 11th. Shipping issues is what they say. Then they say “I thought you already received them”

Complete waist of money!! Took forever to get, way to much money, and don't do anything at all!!! Flavor is good but that's it. Not worth anything!

I ordered pouches in May, and we are now in September. They keep saying they will ship them in two weeks, but nothing has arrived. I asked for a refund, and they asked me to send my order number. I'm hoping to receive my $36 refund.
It's so disappointing because I waited patiently and really wanted to try, but enough is enough. :(

They are the worst company ever they told me they were moving their company from China to the US. I’ve been waiting for my delivery for two months and every month they keep telling me I have to wait another 1 to 3 weeks he keep lying to me they keep giving me the same automated message. They don’t seem to care about their customers or their products. I do not recommend anybody spend their money on this. I do not recommend Amazon selling their products. their products are not useful waste of money and your waste of your time so anyone from Amazon corporate reads this message discontinue with this company they’re the worst

I wouldn’t even give them one star but they don’t give you that choice. DO NOT BUY!!! Such a scam! I placed my order May 15th and I still haven’t received it. BS about transitioning from I guess China (since everything comes from China), to Texas. The last email I received was in July saying it would be 1-2 weeks. It’s now been about 7 weeks since then. I sent an email today telling them I want a refund. I won’t hold my breath.

Placed order may 10, 2026. Waited. Remembered I had ordered but not seen any movement on it. Contacted them. Told me they're in process of moving operations to Texas and it would be 4-6 weeks. Waited more. Sent additional emails for updates, every time it was another "we're still 1 - 2 weeks out". Now its September 2nd. Nothing. Absolute scam, bad business.

Scam....they take money...give excuses on shipping delay, then halt all communication and will not refund money

Waited 3 months for my order then asked for a refund and I've been waiting and month for that. Doubt I'm getting either at this point. SCAM!!

My experience was like all the reviews that follow. I showed my husband to look at Trust Pilot for any product he might be thinking to buy from this company is a great reason why to always look at this site for reviews. Please don’t buy if you are looking for a rush on the time nobody speaks of receiving the product.. BBB next stop!!!

Here's the thing, I got mine, finally! But only after simply forgetting that I even ordered them and moving on with life lol! They sent me additional cans for the wait. They taste good. I feel relaxed, a little sleepy, and very unmotivated. No euphoria though.

Took my money and never even contacted me. Have emailed and received no response and no product. Definitely a scam company.

Terrible. Ordered pouches over a month ago and nothing. Took my money very quickly but never have received the product. Got a couple of excuse emails promising they would be shipped soon. Then when I got tired of waiting and asked for a refund…crickets. Zero communication. Very shady company (if it’s even a real company).

Got the same run around from the company. but was told they were out of product and it would take a little longer. so I waited and waited and finally canceled order and got a refund. That was around May of this year. Yesterday I get to work and low and behold there's my order and they didn't charge me. Can't tell if it's even doing anything. That was Oasis pouches.

These guys are complete liars.
Don't trust them ordered April 22, sent me tracking info. Never arrived
Contacted them and they said in process of moving, but they were on there way.
After 2 months insisted on refund
Again told on it's way within 7 days will be refunded.
Never came.
As of today they are saying 3 more days for refund.

I ordered May 28th. Still haven't received anything. Every time I ask through email they say another two weeks. Some B's about moving from China to Texas and there are processes that need to be done. So I asked for a refund today. I was tired of waiting, I told them, I don't want to be doing this the rest of the year and it will never happen anyway.

Ordered May11, still have not recieved. Says they are coming from China, must be on the slow boat because I still havent recieved them! First red flag was as everything came from 1 contact (Lewis,) then an email stating quality issues were holding things up 3-4 weeks. Its been over 6 now & still nothing. Awaiting refund.

They are liars and thieves they will send you a email and then claim it takes 24 hours to get back but they keep sending the same thing over and over one to two weeks two to three weeks to be sent to you you'll never get it and they won't send you your money back when you request a refund

Total scam! I ordered 3 months ago. I didn't receive nothing. No response. Save your money. This should be reported to the better business bureau

Same review as everyone else. This business is a scam. Paid for the product and did not receive it. Ordered may 6th. No updates on tracking. Tried emailing…nothing. SCAM!

It might be a good product, but I wouldn’t know because I haven’t received it and it’s been almost 2 months
