Ich wollte bei dieser Firma ein Produkt bestellen, habe meine Kartendaten eingegeben und die Bestellung aufgegeben. Unmittelbar darauf rief mich eine Nummer aus England an, ich antwortete, niemand sprach und am nächsten Tag wurden 974 CHF von meiner Karte abgebucht. Sie haben meine Karteninformationen gestohlen.

I placed an order with this company and gave my visa card details. My bank blocked payment and made contact with me. As a result of that conversation I decided to leave the block in place. How've in the mean time several attempts were made to get money from my account from so called taxi firms to an on line pharmacy company in England. As a further precaution I had to cancel my card and order a new one from my bank.

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!!
I have stupidly used my card to purchase from them and the process was very strange than usual which had me regretting straight away.
Two days later my card was used in Barcelona twice so my details have obviously been saved. This was the only online payment I made before the unauthorised transactions.
My fault as I should have been more vigilant but hopefully others don’t make the same mistake.
Complete scam, they should be ashamed of themselves!

Tengo miedo que es una estafa.

order came 3 days later than guaranteed. Delivered to wrong address (billing address not delivery). Then refused to sort it out until i called them. Refused to give refund. Asked me to go to some other address to get the missed post slip. Then forced me to go to royal mail and sort it out myself.

THE WEBSITE HASENT BEEN WORKING SINCE 2016 OR 2018 BUT THE WEBSITE WAS STILL UP TILL THIS YEAR

Ordered product 5th Jan. but when they didn't arrive I checked my account on their website to discover that the product was out of stock and they would refund. After two emails and six weeks still no product, answers or refund!

They don't deserve 1 star either.

Please don't give your money away to these FRAUDSTERS!!! Because that is exactly what you are doing if you order from them.
You pay for goods, then you don't even receive an email of acknowledgement.
They are the biggest crooks I've ever known.

Do not buy anything from this merchant. They told me the payment did not go through so I asked them to cancel order and placed a new one. They said it didn't go through again. I asked for it to be cancelled. Now the money was taken from my card twice. Orders are cancelled. I can't get any response. When they were after payment they were very responsive. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Waited one month for my order and when I contacted them to find out where it was they told me my credit card company declined the payment which they definitely did not because I called them to check. Basically they messed up and tried to fob me off. Customer service was extremely unsympathetic and unapologetic. I had placed my order in time for a trip away and did so with plenty of time to spare. Now I dont have my order and no time to go elsewhere and I am so disappointed and angry. I have never had a company so directly mess up my life plans as much as EU Pharmacy have. No apology and all they did was lie to me.

I resented paying retail pharmacy prices and found EU Pharmacy on a Google search. It was with trepidation I placed my first order but the product arrived within 14 business days (postage was free) as promised and I was worried that the product would not work as I did not require a prescription.

I need not have worried as product did "what it said on the tin".

I feel happy recommending them.

Ordered with EU over the holiday period and the postal office lost my order. I contacted EU and they told me not to worry they will re-ship my order to me Express Mail FREE of CHARGE. The order was dispatched on Monday and I got it this morning. What a great service. I do advise paying extra for the Express Mail service as you can track the parcel to your doorstep. James.

I was on a business trip to the UK for a few weeks and needed some medication delivered to my hotel. I ordered via EU Pharmacy and the order arrived express. Really good service and great support. This is not possible in Norway where I live as these products would get stopped at customs.

I’ve never heard of an online pharmacy giving FREE shipping on any order so I was skeptical ordering with them. Place order for a small quantity which was shipped to me via registered airmail free of charge. It took around 14 working days to arrive and I got what I paid for. Will use them again for sure.

Placed an order with EU Pharmacy and within a week my ordered arrived. The generic medication shipped was of high quality and 10 times cheaper then getting it from my local pharmacy. Not only did I safe a lot of money but I found a reliable online supplier.

First time I have used this firm and they are great.
A good competitive price and fast delivery and confidentiality maintained at all times.

Placed my order with EU Pharmacy last week and received the order in 4 working days. Unfortunately the dispenser sent me the wrong product. After speaking with EU pharmacy support they arranged a prompt re-shipment of the product and it arrived today which I was surprised about.
I have ordered on many online pharmacies over the years and on occasion received the wrong product. Almost all of them never re-shipped my order and after fighting with them for weeks a few issued me a refund. Not only did EU Pharmacy re-ship my order without any hesitation they also let me keep the first order FREE of CHARGE which was what I was going to order next. Thanks EU Pharmacy for such a great service and keep up the good support.

Found them searching in Google.co.uk , They Shipped my product very fast and it arrived within 4 days. Packaging was discreet and product quality is excellent. I think it worth the try.

I love the pharmacy template also , kind of funny.
