Very disappointing experience
I had a very disappointing experience with MB.CHARGE Public.
Recently, I was charged for charging sessions where my vehicle was connected but no actual charging took place (0 kWh). Despite this, the sessions were still billed, including additional blocking fees.
The main issue is not just the charges themselves, but the lack of transparency. The app does not show active charging sessions in real time and does not provide a detailed breakdown of costs until an invoice is issued. This makes it very difficult to monitor or understand ongoing charges.
Even more concerning, one of the sessions did not appear in the app at all, while a later session was already visible. This raises serious questions about the reliability and accuracy of their system.
I contacted customer support and provided evidence (photos showing unchanged battery level), but my request was dismissed without proper investigation of the actual charging data (such as energy delivered). Instead, I received generic responses referring to tariff conditions.
Charging customers for a service that was not delivered, combined with poor system transparency and unhelpful support, is unacceptable.
I would strongly recommend being cautious when using this service.
