When you get brought a gym outfit for Xmas and you’ve worn them 3 times they fit perfectly and a hole appears!
Contact Aybl and they say it’s out of the 30 days warranty and to have a good day.
So now I have a sports bra without the leggings.
That will be my last order now.

Ripped leggings on third wear
I was bought a pair of leggings as a Christmas present. I usually love Aybl. I only wore them three times before they split up the bum whilst bending down and they weren’t under any tension! The customer service team said I was outside of the 30 day window, and wouldn’t even honour a longer return period for the festive season. These were bought on 29th of November and remained packaged until Christmas Day. Apparently they needed to have been bought after 3rd December but not everybody leaves their Christmas shopping until December! Another pair I was gifted has seen the label start to peel too. I wonder if they’ve recently changed supplier as the quality is nowhere near the other 6 pairs I’ve had and loved!
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. I bought 3 pair of leggings for my daughters for Christmas and they have all gone bally within 3 weeks. When I contacted them they said I was outside their 30 day returns policy and was told they could do nothing about it. I said they were FAULTY. The quality is appalling. I am absolutely disgusted with them and will never buy from them again and I certainly will be letting my friends and family know not to buy either.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Avoid this shambles of a company. Returned my goods worth £72 back in November, received no acknowledgement of return or no refund. Tried to contact customer service several times but it doesn't really exist, can't talk to a real person. Even raised a complaint with paypal to no avail. Limited questions/answers you can give to the bot then just closes down , with no results. Will never use again and will certainly be telling people to avoid.
5 Star customer service
I received an order from AYBL on 20/01/25 which unfortunately included a faulty pair of leggings. I was disappointed at this however these things happen, so used customer service messenger service at around 2300 that same night. I received a response from Sarah the next again morning at 1051 apologising for the fault and informing me of a new pair being sent out that same day.
Customer service was 5 star I could not have asked for a better experience, response was super quick Sarah was extremely friendly and accomodating, and the chat service and email was very easy to use. Very happy customer with my order problem solved same day. Thank you!
Horrible experience with AYBL - no customer service
Firstly, extremely slow delivery compared to other e-comm. Then impossible to return one item, their return online system does not work, customer service totally absent and unhelpful, keeping sending me the link to their nonfunctioning system. This company is a disgrace to its customers. Never again

Just wanted to say there are two Trustpilot review threads and one of them is rated 4 stars which is a misrepresentation of this awful company. My order was not delivered to me since November and the company will not respond to my numerous emails and refund me. Avoid at all costs.

Rubbish quality and not prepared to replace faulty items. 3 pairs of leggings have split within only a couple of times of wearing them so far. I have so many sets of gym wear that it takes me a couple of weeks to get back around to wearing the same pair. I hadn’t raised it with the team until this time as it was literally the 2nd time I had worn them, I was fed up of throwing money away. Their response is that it’s past 30 days so despite their leggings clearly being faulty, as it keeps happening, they won’t even offer to replace. I will stick to DFYNE who’s customer service is much better, they actually replace faulty goods without any hesitation and the quality is much better as only 2 out of over 15 sets of theirs has ever had a fault. Would not recommend or buy from AYBL again after this experience.

Seit mehr als einem Monat habe ich weder meine Bestellung noch die Versandbenachrichtigung erhalten. Ich versuche, eine Rücksendung zu erhalten, aber der Kundendienst antwortete gar nicht antworten. Ich bereue es völlig, bei ihnen gekauft zu haben.

I placed an order last month. Evri say they have not recieved the order from Aybl. I have emailed Aybl support team and not a word back from them. This is FRAUD. They have fausly advertised a product that I have not received.

Unreliable and Unhelpful Customer Support
Item did not arrive, customer support takes 7 days to respond to every message even if they are sent within seconds of being received. Wish I could comment on the quality of the product but I don't even have the product to rate. Wish I could be helped with this, I only wanted a replacement to be sent to a pickup point. It can not take a whole month to do that. I recommend to shop elsewhere to save yourself the hassle!

Je suis très déçu, il me faut un remboursement au plus vite, j'arrive seulement à parler à un "robot d'aide" mais personne ne vient m'aider !
