I ordered my gym clothes over 15 days ago and I didn’t receive anything, I’m using the chat robot to try to contact them but nobody helped me

Misleading information on returns - website clearly states free returns but in reality it applies only on selected countries. Also I cannot choose my own post service delivery method, only their €15 delivery service.

I have been trying to return an item for 3 weeks now, the portal says "order not found". I have sent an email a week ago with no response. I see it is a general issue with the portal but it needs to be addressed soon.
I am writing here to see if I get an answer about my order!

I have been trying to return items for over a week now and I've sent countless messages where I get the same reply telling me the returns portal will be fixed soon. Looking at reviews on here and tiktok, this scam has been ongoing for months.

I have reported to trading standards and I am now following steps advised by citizens advice. Shame on influencers who are still representing this brand and leaving good reviews...

I purchased items from here over 2 weeks ago, unfortunately one item needed to be sent back. However, the returns portal is not working and hasn't been working since I placed my order. I emailed customer services asking how I should go about returning my item and haven't had a reply in two weeks. I then tried using the chat help line, this was no use as the replies are automated and just kept telling me that the return portal was down. I also can't find a telephone number for customer services. I would string advise against using AYBL!

If u could give this company -20 I would. Ridiculously terrible business, do not buy from them it’s a whole scam. Sizes are all wrong and they won’t allow u to return your item. No way to contact them at all and they won’t reply to the chats. I’m still trying to return my very unused and terrible quality leggings. Please everyone, do not buy from this scammers.

They make it very difficult for you to return an item and don't display their phone number anywhere and don't answer emails. They did answer via their chat eventually. I told them I had tried for over a week on their returns portal but it is not working. They said try again over the next 7 days alternatively I can send the items back to my my own cost. But after reading the reviews on this site, I doubt very much that I will receive a refund.
I would like to know if they are in breach of trade descriptions not making themselves more transparent!!

If I could leave a no star review I would. If you’re willing to wait for a month or more for your order to arrive then please go ahead and order from this company. I’m still deciding if it’s a scam and they just take your money. Ordered leggings two weeks ago and paid for a 2-3 working day delivery. Messaged the customer service portal and was gotten back to next day advising I wait another 7 working days. I’m still waiting for my order as I type this message and can only hope it’ll come before summer.

Customer service sucks. I tried using the “chatbot” like recommended but there’s not an option for “received damaged clothing / wrong items”.
I placed a large order on their 6th birthday sale and although shipping was fast. I was super disappointed when I received a pair of shorts with a cut in the crotch making them unwearable.
I also received a top in the wrong color. Which is manageable but I would like to receive the color that I actually wanted.
I’ve sent multiple emails (since receiving the order on March 27th) and still haven’t heard back from the company.
So probably won’t be ordering from here again.

Shipping was delayed and took over a month, despite the website stating 1 week. Leggings not squat proof at all. Return portal wasn’t working properly. No reply from customer support for over a month, had to write to them again. Could finally create a return label, but turns out the return costs 20€. Over-all bad experience.

Ik wacht helaas ook al meer dan een week op m’n bestelling en de track and trace blijft maar op en route staan. Heel vervelend.

Daughter placed an order Nov 2022, not updating on delivery, no answers to email, no response to any inquiries from her or me. Is this company real or are they just taking money and ghosting people ? Sketchy operation or company, don’t recommend them.

I placed an order on December 14th December (1 month ago) and I have still not received it. Tracking hasn’t updated since the 15th and it doesn’t look like the carrier even has it. Absolutely awful service, I would never buy from here again.

Ik wacht al bijna een maand op mijn bestelling. Op verschillende manieren contact gezocht, maar geen gehoor. Niet te geloven voor zoveel geld.

Begin november besteld en niks ontvangen. Geen reactie wanneer ik contact zoek.

Ich würde nie wieder dort bestellen. Ich habe Probleme mit meiner Bestellung, da meine bestellte Leggings durchsichtig ist und total Falten wirft. Daraufhin habe ich den Support mehrmals angeschrieben und mehrmals um eine Antwort gebeten und habe seit 2 Wochen keine Antwort bekommen… Weiß nicht was ich jetzt tun soll und muss jetzt knapp 13€??? Rückversand bezahlen… ich bin echt enttäuscht und werde nie wieder dort bestellen.

Ik heb mijn bestelling op 30 juli geplaatst en heb nog steeds geen info over de tracking , het enige wat er op staat is openstaande bestelling.
Ik heb ook een email gestuurd naar de customer support en zij zeiden dat er een vertraging is vanwege de summersale, begrijpelijk, maar toen ik weer een email gestuurd had kreeg ik precies hetzelfde respons terug.
Wel jammer dat ik steeds moet vragen voor informatie over mijn bestelling.

De kwaliteit is heel erg goed. Heb twee setjes nu een jaartje en zien er nog steeds goed uit. Nu voor de derde keer daar besteld, maar de bezorging is wel altijd een dingetje en de vraag hoe lang het duurt. Dus als je het voor een bepaalde tijd nodig hebt, let erop dat de 3/5 dagen vaak niet kloppen
