I spent a week in Montenegro with Etu Retreats and came away feeling completely recharged—both physically and mentally. The week was thoughtfully balanced: challenging workouts, stunning surroundings, and plenty of time to relax and connect with others.

Our trainers (Morgan and Chris) were not only there to provide professional training sessions, but they also created a genuinely welcoming and friendly environment from day one. Whether you were a regular at the gym or just easing back into fitness, the sessions were inclusive and adaptable, which made everything feel supportive rather than intimidating.

The location in Budva was beautiful—waking up to mountain views and training outdoors was such a highlight. Meals were fresh and nutritious, and the entire experience was smooth and well-organized.

I really appreciated the social side of the retreat, too. It was easy to make connections, and the group felt like a team by the end of the week. I left feeling stronger, more relaxed, and with new friendships that I cherish.

Highly recommend if you're looking to do something great for yourself in an amazing setting. I can't wait to join another retreat in the future!

I recently attended an Etu Retreat, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely welcomed by the team and fellow guests. The stunning location, incredible atmosphere, and perfect balance of fitness and relaxation made it everything I had hoped for.

Chris and Morgan were phenomenal trainers. They're knowledgeable, encouraging, and always pushing us to get the best out of every session. Their energy and expertise made the workouts both challenging and fun, and they tailored exercises to suit all fitness levels. Whether it was strength training, mobility work, or those epic outdoor sessions (beach yoga), they kept us motivated and engaged throughout.

Beyond the fitness side of things, the retreat was so well-organized. The food was fresh and delicious (cheese balls are recommended), the accommodation was comfortable, and I loved having the flexibility to relax or explore. One of the biggest highlights was the sense of community, everyone there was supportive, and I left feeling not only stronger but also with a bunch of new friends.

Both Chris and Morgan were brilliant hosts and trainers but I also must say I was there with the most brilliant group of people. I have never laughed so much.
We worked hard, Chris and Morgan were great at demonstrating exactly what we were doing and then encouraging us when we started to tire.
What's not to like about a holiday were you exercise hard, eat well, have fun, have time to relax to work on your tan, if you want and explore the surrounding areas.

This was my second retreat booking with Etu and it surpassed expectation again. The trainers (Morgan and Chris), workouts and location were just fantastic and it was so lovely to spend the week with other like-minded retreaters. I won’t hesitate to book again.

This was my third Etu Retreat, and yet again the whole experience was excellent. The trainers' service level, enthusiasm, inclusivity and quality of training was great. Chris and Jess made everyone feel welcome, and made all classes accessible. These holidays are such a fantastic way to meet new people, get involved in as much or as little activity as you wish, and balance it out with relaxation and some exploring as desired. Looking forward to the next!

We had such a fantastic trip to Dominican Republic with Etu. This was our first retreat so we didn't know what to expect but Chris and Jess, our training team, made us feel so welcome as did the others in the group. It was a perfect mix of fitness (for all abilities) and Carribean chill. The resort was everything we could have hoped for, amazing room, food, drink and genuinely friendly staff. We've already booked our next retreat with Etu and I'm sure it won't be the last.

From killer Rivals sessions to sweaty but satisfying Revival sessions, I pushed my limits, all while enjoying the most breathtaking views of Punta Cana. Who knew squats could feel slightly less painful when done with palm trees swaying in the background? 🌴💪

The trainers? Chris & Jess - Absolute legends. Motivating, hilarious, and somehow making 6 AM workouts feel almost fun. (Almost.) And the best part? The amazing group of people—whether you come solo or with friends, you’ll leave with a fit fam for life.

Oh, and did I mention the all-inclusive luxury vibes? Yeah, I basically earned my cocktails with all the sweat I left on those gym mats. 🍹😆

Long story short: I laughed, I sweat, I conquered... and I’m already planning my next trip back! Etu Retreats, you have my heart (and my slightly sore glutes).

This was my 2nd retreat with the ETU gang and man, oh man, it did not disappoint. Just imagine: a week surrounded by out of this world tropical scenery 🌴🏖️, all the delicious food and drinks you could want, perfect mix of workouts so you don’t feel guilty for indulging (in my case it was pizza with a side of pasta as often as I could😂), Chris and Jess were off the charts, their energy and good vibes were contagious🫶🏼, also plenty of time to visit and explore the area, and all of this surrounded by like-minded fantastic people, what could you ask for more? Well, maybe just a Piña Colada to go with everything 🍹 This really was the best escape I’ve ever had! 🤍🥹😎 Thank you again, Chris and Jess! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

When I first saw the chance to go on a fitness retreat to the CARIBBEAN I knew it was an opportunity not to be missed!!.
How right I was.

It was my first retreat and I'd never really done anything like this before. But Chris, Jess and my fellow retreaters made me feel so welcome and contributed to a truly unforgettable experience.

There was the perfect mix of fitness, fun, exploring and sun. Everything was so flexible and you could get involved as much or as little as you wanted, there were always options.

The resort itself was equally incredible. The staff, the view, the food, the rooms, the beds, the beaches...I could go on. There was also plenty of opportunity to leave the resort and explore the island. There is so much to see, and the local chocolate is to die for!.

But Revive on the beach with the soundtrack of crashing waves, Rivals accompanied by parrots and the ever present enthusiasm and encouragement of Chris and Jess meant every class wasn't just a class, it was an event in itself.

However, beware of the post-retreat comedown, the only effective remedy is to book another one!.

This was my third trip with ETU and was the most amazing trip. Chris and Jess made this a really inclusive experience for everyone, whether you are starting your fitness journey or training for your PB in a specific goal. If you really want to get fit, with fantastic food and great company, ETU is for you.

Cannot recommend Etu Retreats enough!! I went on the retreat to Marrakech as a solo traveller and had the most incredible time. It truly exceeded expectations!

Chris & Georgia were and are amazing, they made me feel so comfortable and really pushed me to the best of my abilities during the workouts, which by the way, were GREAT! A real mix of different sessions, cardio, strengthening and stretch.

The hotel was great, the food was so good and the activities we did during the day were great too!

Honestly cannot rate it highly enough, I will 100% be booking on for another retreat!

Chris and Georgia, are so friendly, welcoming and supportive, they make you feel at home from the minute you arrive,

The diverse workout activities (ranging from deeply relaxing yoga sessions to exhilarating Strength and Cardio sessions are carefully planned out for all to enjoy and their passion for the joy of exercise and motivating groups really comes through in each session!

There is an element of challenge and collaboration that makes each session informative and fun, and I will be incorporating in my daily fitness routine,

It is truly an endorphin filled itinerary, that you leaves you coming away feeling, healthy, strong and refreshed!

Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had! The team were so professional and helpful in the lead up to the retreat. I recently had the pleasure of attending my first Etu Retreat, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. Initially, I was a little apprehensive, but those concerns quickly disappeared thanks to the warmth and hospitality of our trainers, Chris and Georgia. A special mention to Georgia, as it was her first trip leading a retreat. She was absolutely excellent, delivering her classes with energy and expertise. Chris and Georgia's chemistry together was undeniable, and their positive energy truly radiated throughout the group.
