the ordering and the delivery happened smoothly and quickly

I have bought Aigle Wellies from Etrias Brands on a number of occasions and have always recieved them promptly , well packaged and as described. However their customer service is non existent, their email of etriasbrands.co.uk cited on their customer service page does not exist, the phone number provided is not recognised, they have not replied to a "rate your experience" review and simply will not engage when I ask for information on getting goods under guarantee replaced. So I will contact Aigle directly and see what they make of it.

Terrible service after trying to return a pair of boots after Christmas. Cost me £41.76 to send them back to Boxtel via Parcel Force Worldwide. Parcel Force tried to deliver to the Etrias warehouse on 2 consecutive days, but no-one there. Let them know parcel was at their depot but no-one arrived to pick up the parcel. Parcel Force are now returning the boots to me in the UK - I don't want them, I want my refund of £150, but Etrias are doing nothing and don't seem to care. Terrible customer service!

I loved the product I bought and how easy it is to buy on your website: you don't have to have an account and register, you don't send a thousand mails, you are efficient and I got your product within just a couple of days.
But I made a mistake and bought the wrong size. So I had to place a new order and send back the previous one. I sent it this morning and was charged 24 euros for a weightless box, half the price I paid for the good I bought. And that was the cheapest courier.
This's had a deterrent effect on me and I decided not to buy anything else if the online shop doesn't guarantee a possible return of the order for the same fee I pay for transport with the purchase.
Companies pay for transport far less than consumers.

The shopping experience was overall good.
But when my order arrived, a soap dispenser in a very small box,inside a box 24inches by 15 inches and 7 inches in depth, it seems very impractical to me.

Purchased Ecco shoes from the website with ease.
Sourced exactly what I was looking for without too much fuss and received my shoes quickly.

Ordering my xsensible shoes was very straightforward. I really appreciated being informed when the shoes I was looking for were back in stock in my size. Great way to do business.
The shoes are very expensive however!

Placed an order which was advertised on their website as delivery of 4-8 working days, They do not have stock and are now telling me that shipping is 5 weeks plus. I have cancelled order. Very annoying

Ordered some shoes price was good, delivery was extremely prompt, unfortunately shoes were not true to size. Very disappointed that returns are not covered by the supplier. It cost me €36.00 to return the shoe's which is outrageous. So I am awaiting my refund. So for this reason I honestly cannot recommend this site. I should have checked first but unfortunately presumed like all other sites delivery + returns where free. This made the whole experience very bitter. I now don't have the money intact that I spent too repurchase the shoes. So I really do feel you have shot yourself in the foot with this huge mistake. Regards

I found Wellies Le Chameau Vierzonord Vert Ladies boots pretty cheap at Etrias, as the only website. All other prices on other websites was the much more expensive. After order I found the deleverytime and information extreme fast. The packing was super perfect. All in all a very good shopping experience . I give Etrias Brands my best recommendations.
