Eterno Health Omdömen 

Wurde aufgrund der Vertretung dorthin verwiesen. Habe auch innerhalb einer Woche einen Termin erhalten. Wurde sehr nett Empfang hab auch nicht besonders lang warten müssen. Die Ärztin war sehr nett und man fühlte sich gut aufgehoben.

Habe bis jetzt nur sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich möchte gerne Herrn Dr. Wächtler nennen. Ein sehr kompetenter und freundlicher Arzt. Vielen Dank!

Man wird, trotz gegenteiliger Vereinbarung, meist überdurchschnittlich lange warten müssen. Die Koordination des Empfangspersonals funktioniert nicht gut. Die Arzthelferinnen können nicht zufrieden stellend mit der Software umgehen, erkennen nicht den Unterschied zwischen einer Textdatei und radiologischer Aufnahme. Es fällt auf, dass sie oft Pause machen. Das Publikum ist sehr durchwachsen, Warteraum und Toilette sind oft dreckig. Es gibt keine Koordination zwischen den Arzthelferinnen und denjenigen, mit denen die Termine vereinbart werden. Absprachen werden nicht eingehalten. Die Patienten werden sehr unfreundlich behandelt. Die Kompetenz der Ärzte ist nicht anzuzweifeln.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Eterno, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, coupled with modern décor setting the tone for a comfortable visit.

From the receptionists who were incredibly friendly and efficient in handling appointments to the medical assistants who provided attentive care, everyone I encountered was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring.

It's clear that they prioritize patient satisfaction and quality care above all else, and their modern approach to healthcare is truly refreshing. Whether you're in need of routine check-ups, specialized care, or simply want a practice that puts patients first.

Stay away from this clinic!!! All they want is your money.
The clinic is impressively beautiful and they have availability on the same day for exams, don't wonder why!

I'll tell my horrible EXPERIENCE so I can hopefully help others: the clinic charges SO MUCH money and they don't have all the equipment necessary to do standard examinations. For one examination in particular, Dr. Kolitsch said literally laughing of embarrassment that I had to go extra to an Optician(!!!).

Then after other the results, I had a rushed phone call of almost 30 seconds with Dr. Kolitsch and she said that I had to be directed to the Uniklinik Frankfurt for another examination. She absolutely couldn't not explain why, although I asked, and she said I had to do an exam there to further analyses. This phone call costed me absurdly 16,32€. Yes, you are reading this right!!!A phone call I didn't ask to take. They just call you and charge you.
I contacted the clinic to understand why I had to pay for a "Telefon Beratung" (phone counselling, which appeared in the invoice). I never had an answer. Weeks after I was charged 24,43€ fine because of payment delay.
A fee because I was waiting for an answer from Eterno clinic?
After so many emails to Eterno, I was then finally directed weeks after to the financial center. I sent them all my previous emails as proof and they said "we have no knowledge or influence over any of the emails you sent to the Eterno" plus they also said that their contact appeared in the invoice, so I should have written them. HOW ON EARTH was I supposed to know that I had to contact them and not the main email of Eterno Clinic???
I made sure to also send this email with cc to Dr. Kolitsch, she didn't answer. I'd be ashamed too. I never heard from them again. I paid the fee, because I'm on the weaker side, I'm just a costumer. I felt really ripped off!!!!

This Place ist just very good for Athletes.
