I signed up for Pokemon product drops
I signed up for Pokemon product drops. The 3 in December all sold out within half an hour of the email being sent. One of them I wanted to purchase. The one that has just dropped in January had the wrong link in the email. After joining their discord to find the actual link and go to checkout I find that it’s sold out again within 15 minutes of the email. I also signed up to receive a discount off my first order with eterna drops (which I still have not received). An absolute joke.
Edit: I also have now been seemingly kicked off their discord. I did nothing wrong, I questioned why the link was not working and why their offers have seemingly disappeared I.e free delivery on orders over £80 and a discount code sent to emails for first orders. No profanity or hate but these people have kicked me off nonetheless. Appalling company.

We’re sorry to hear you’re frustrated, and we’d like to clarify a few points for context.
Pokemon demand is currently at an all-time high across the industry. Popular products do not remain in stock, and our Drops intentionally feature high-demand, limited-quantity items. Signing up for Drop notifications provides visibility, not a guarantee of purchase.
The January Drop email initially contained an incorrect link, which was corrected shortly after being identified. Due to demand, the product sold out quickly once the correct link was live.
First-order discount codes are issued automatically by email and can occasionally be missed due to spam filtering or sign-up issues. If this happens, we’re always happy to reissue a code when contacted.
Free delivery over £80 was a time-limited promotion and is no longer active. All current delivery pricing is clearly displayed at checkout before purchase.
Regarding Discord access: our Discord is a moderated community. We remove users whose behaviour is disruptive or negatively impacts the experience for others. This action is never taken for simply asking questions.

Several packs arrived with cards incorrectly oriented and packaging not fully intact, giving the impression of resealing. It might be best to pass on these.

While quality control has been a struggle for Pokemon in recent years, we do not deal in resealed packs. Our years of history here on TrustPilot alone will show that.

Order was dispatched fast and arrived quickly dispite it being christmas period. Booster packs were packaged well so they could go through the letter box safely. Pulled my first special illustration rare so my scepticism was put to ease.

Lack of care.
Had high hopes my second time purchasing from EC would be as positive as the first, however it seems very little care was taken to prevent boxes being damaged in transit this time round. No support layer on either base or side with just crumbled paper pressed heavily on top of my booster box meant it arrived with damaged corners. Not very happy and will likely never order again from them.

Great selection of products at decent prices. Have purchased a few times now and have been very happy every time. The pokemon mystery boxes are really good as they're always packed and definitely get your money's worth (I've had different price range mystery boxes and all have been good) fast delivery and packaged well. Will definitely buy again and recommend
