Ordered 2- year renewal. They stated missing information. Provided said information. Sent a replacement instead of what I ordered. When I phoned, they said it was my problem. They refused to refund. I will no longernuse their service. What a rip-off!!!!

Slowest company I have ever had to deal with!
This business sucks it tells you that they usually process or respond within 24 hours which is not true so far it has taken at least 3 days every time for them to respond in the last time it took them almost 5 days I understand that there could be with what I filed but I don't think it should take a whole business week to report it... You contact support All I tell you is there's nothing I can do it's out of our hands I honestly don't understand why they even have support
Rather than sending you all the problems with the title at once they do it one at a time which is prolongs the whole ordeal!
I first contacted them on a Saturday They got back to me on Tuesday I responded to that they got back to me on the following Monday after business hours.
$150 fee for what? I thought it was supposed to make it easier and quicker so far it's taken 2 weeks longer than it would have if I just went into the DMV.
I haven't even gotten to the shipping part yet I can only imagine how long that's actually going to take.
My problem is that on their website that explicitly says you get a response between one and three business days which is a complete lie! They tell you they escalated it and then it still proceeded to take three more days this company is complete garbage.
Is there going to blame it on the DMV which we both know isn't true!
I don't need a respond I just want everyone to know this 3.9 star is definitely BS.
UPDATE
I decided to just go to the DMV because after a week and a half they finally got back to me and now they want me to send them papers through the mail so they can get it approved so at the earliest we'll be another week is exactly what they told me!

eTags is a total scam site - they don't add any value, and they charge exorbinant fees based upon people being too stupid to realize they aren't actually connected to the DMV. USE THE REAL DMV SITE! Don't pay extra money to these scammers! THEY DON'T ADD ANY VALUE - THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

They will take your money - for nothing
They charge 7 times what the state department of motor vehicles charge and do nothing. They simply pass on the hardcopy documents you fill out and mail back to them. Nothing is electronic. Skip this middle mad and go directly to the state. It will be faster. Also if you complain, they ignore your written complaints or fail to resolve phone complaints. See the terrible reviews on the BBB website.
