WORST CLINIC EVER!

To keep it short:

They have really unhelpful staff at the hospital and you have to change the staff helpers all the time and they are not up to date with what is going on.

And the surgery results doesn’t come out how they show or tell you!
So don’t trust them!

Find something better for your own sake!

My experience was not good at first, it had nothing to do with the doctor are his team, it was the person I went with, she was rude, and disrespectful, I was so scared, but Melissa, the translator, made me fell at ease, and I went ahead and do my surgery, and I tell you one of the best decisions I ever made, I am so much happier with my new look, I wear the clothes I want to now knowing I look great, thank you guys at Estevien Clinic.

He's the worst doctor ever. He's ruined so many women, including one I know. Be careful.

I had a breast augmentation with silicone in Istanbul with Dr Okan on the 18th of July.

The team is extremely kind and quick to help, especially Redha (medical consultant) Ahmed (post op care) and Amar (translator).

The language barrier was difficult, but they did their best to help me understand everything when I had any issues.

I am happy with my results and aftercare, as well as with the doctor but the planning leading up to my surgery was not the best.
My surgery was supposed to take place on the 14th of July, but got delayed till the 16th because of technical issues in the operating room.

On the 16th I arrived to the hospital and waited all day just to be told that the doctor was feeling unwell and needed to postpone the surgery until the next day at 10am. Regardless of the second delay, I decided to go through with the surgery, and finally I had my operation at 1:30pm.

Other than the issue with the delays, Dr. Okan’s team was lovely. The hospital itself was great as well, and I leave a 5 star review because although my experience wasn’t perfect and didn’t go entirely as planned, things happen and it’s not a huge issue.

My results are good so far and I had no medical complications or issues post op.

I went with my sister who done surgery there, when she was in surgery they left a glove inside her and when moving her from the table hit the side of her fave that she had a split lip and gum . After care in the hospital the most horrific treat you like your an animal dont sanitize their hands or the needle dont have you pain killers just leave you with all your pain and leave you laying in bed and not caring for you at all . The massage after surgery they do it's all with out pain killers you can faint and scream from pain they will say it's okay hunny and still torture you ..and it's all because you dont want them to record you on video and put you out they treat you bad. But if you will they act all sweet the only thing they want from you is money .. if you want to live and have good health dont go because after them my sister has been recovering for more then 6 months and had a massive infection if not for doctors in Russia that toke the infection away and America doctoer to take the glove out she would of died 😢 all thanks for them most incompetent doctors in this clinic

Я сделал липосакцию и процедуру J-Plasma у доктора Окана. Результатом остался очень доволен — всё прошло на высшем уровне! Отдельное спасибо доктору за профессионализм и внимательное отношение. Также хочу отметить дружелюбный и заботливый персонал — с вами было спокойно и комфортно. Благодарю всех за отличную работу!

O sa las rezultatul meu aici de care sunt nemulţumită. Am venit cu gandul ca o sa fiu operata de un doctor bun. Am fost tratată bine de echipa și clinica dar doctorul care m-a operat a fost singura problema. Experienta mea a decurs bine în rest, dar într-adevăr am văzut doctorul 5 minute înainte de operație. Doctorul decât a aruncat o privire și m-a întrebat ce mărime vreau, avea un marker în mana şi a făcut 2 cercuri pe un sân și m-a sfătuit sa îmi adauge grăsime de pe abdomen pe lângă implant, nu am fost de acord. În videoclipurile lui pe paginile de socializare am observat ca face nişte desene pentru proporţii şi totul arata mult mai profi. În cazul meu asta a fost tot. Cand m-am trezit din anestezie m-a anunțat alt doctor ca dr. Okan mi-a făcut un implant de mărime mai mică. Eu am cerut 320cc și mi-a pus 270cc. Dupa am aruncat o privire și am făcut câteva poze cu telefonul, am observat ca un implant era mult mai sus şi altul mai jos. La consultațiile viitoare unde mi s-au schimbat pansamentele și vedeam clar ca implantul nu arata bine, la fel, nu am reuşit sa ajung la același părere cu ei. Este inutil și pierdere de timp sa le explici ca este ceva în neregula sau ca rezultatul nu este cel pe care ti-l doreşti. Cu doctorul nu vorbeşti niciodata iar asistenții și alți doctori o sa iti ignore mesajele dacă ai lucruri de zis în privința asta. Pare ca fac orice sa îl acopere. Acum regret ca am ajuns pe mana acestui doctor și clinici care din niste sâni naturali şi simetrici au reuşit sa ajunga la rezultatul din poza și sa facă un complex. Dacă ai decis sa vii la aceasta clinica și găsești aceste recenzii negative, considerate norocos și începe sa cauți alt doctor și clinica imediat!

Upon arrival, we had a private shuttle. It took us directly to the hospital for pre-op screening. We were in the back side of the hospital so it was a little unnerving. The translator was there with us so it went quickly. We then arrived to the hotel and it was a very clean, beautiful accommodation.
I was shuttled the next day at 2:30pm for surgery, and did not even see the doctor until 11:30pm. While waiting, the one translator came in and tried upselling many other procedures, so this was already not impressing. Felt like a sales pitch as the doctor did not mention this in the consult or while drawing the incision lines.
I was booked for a mommy makeover with lipo 360 but only received the tummy tuck.
Flying from Canada this was a huge inconvenience due to travel time.
There was minimal reasoning for why the whole procedure was not completed.
I am giving them 3 stars as I would have gave them 5 if I had all procedures completed. Now I am having to pay for flights again.

Estoy muy contenta con mi liposucción. Después de 20 días de hacerla estoy teniendo una recuperación muy buena y tranquila. El equipo muy bien, muy profesional, un buen acompañamiento y seguimiento post operacion.

I loved the whole staff. The only “issue” is the night time shift at the hospital, they were careless and a little rude. But the other staff during the day and the doctors team specifically was absolutely awesome. We met some of the best people. They were very sweet and always kept a good smile on!

On May 15, 2025, I underwent a rhinoplasty and septoplasty at Estevian Clinic, under the expert care of Dr. Okan Morkoc. As someone from Canada seeking this procedure internationally, I prioritized finding a highly reputable and professional medical team, and Estevian Clinic exceeded my expectations. The clinic demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a supportive staff that made my experience truly positive. All expectations and procedures were clearly communicated, leaving no surprises along the way.

Having never been to Turkey before and with no prior experience with plastic surgery, I did thorough research to select the most reliable team. The clinic provided a translator throughout my journey, which greatly facilitated communication and helped ease my concerns.

On the day of the operation, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Morkoc, who immediately made me feel comfortable with his approachable demeanor and professionalism. He patiently addressed all my questions, instilling confidence in the process.

Post-operation, the nursing staff was remarkable. Despite their limited English, they were attentive and compassionate, checking on my condition every half hour to ensure my comfort and proper recovery.

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant—luxurious and comfortable—although a bit remote from the clinic, which did not pose any issues.

Since returning to Toronto, I have been continuously monitored by a dedicated medical team that tracks my healing progress remotely. They regularly request photos and updates, reflecting their ongoing commitment to my recovery.

I highly recommend Estevian Clinic and Dr. Okan Morkoc for anyone seeking high-quality care and excellent results. My experience from start to finish was outstanding, and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome.

Ich bin super zufrieden mit dem gesamten Aufenthalt, dem Team und dem Arzt Dr. Okan Morkoc. Vom Service bis hin über die Aufklärung war alles top! Die Mädels dort kümmern sich wirklich super um einen. Zudem war die Nachsorge (Hotel, Transfer und die Kontrollen) super!

Thank you to Dr Okan and his beautiful team for my time in Istanbul. My results are only fresh but I am already in love with my Rhinoplasty and brow lift. Dr Okan and his team understood my vision and delivered just that. I had support from the team via whatsapp from Sydney Australia till this very moment. A special shout out to Redha who ensured a smooth process from start to finish alongside Ahmed from customer care. How can I forget Dr Okans nurses, my heart goes out to those ladies. I was taken well good care of Dr. Okans nurses! To anyone thinking of getting a procedure done, just know that you are in good hands. Make sure you are clear of what results you are after with the translators and through whatsapp. Ensure you have someone with you to help you with the hospital nurses. I did travel on my own which I do regret as I was stuck in the hotel room and had to order room service. Its always good to have someone there that you know for your mental health as well. The hotel I stayed in was windsor hotel. This was a 25 min drive away from the main city. Very nice hotel and clean with spacious rooms.

Mon opération de liposuccion Vaser 360 avec J plasma s'est très bien déroulée bien qu'on ait découvert une hernie ombilicale juste avant l'opération (je vous conseille de vérifier cela avant d'y aller). Toute l'équipe est au top notamment Chaima (mon invitation à venir visiter le sud de la France tient toujours 😉). Je ne regrette absolument pas de leur avoir fait confiance et je recommande cette clinique.
