Apart from the hospital nurses everything did go smoothly. I would recommend to ask as many questions as possible as your translators and assistant assigned to you are more than happy to help with any questions. It has been a year since my rhino pasty and eye brow lift and couldn't be more happy. The results are exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be returning for more surgery's soon as I know this is a trusted environment.

Do not recommend! We booked confirmed rhinoplasty for myself and liposuction/tummy tuck for my wife with Estevien Clinic/Dr. Okan Morkoç, in Istanbul, June 2026, at a cost of circa £7k. We paid a £500 deposit and travelled from the UK to Turkey as agreed. Major red flags from the start, there were no proper or professional pre-op medical consultations with Dr Okan for either of us until we were already at the hospital on the day of surgery. Every single day, we were also pressured for additional money on top of what had already been agreed and paid, this constant pressure continued throughout our stay. We were told to arrive at the hospital at 6am. Each day, we waited, sleep-deprived and fasting as instructed for surgery, only to be told around 1pm that the procedures were allegedly postponed. No food or refreshments were offered to us at any point during these waits, despite us fasting for over 24 hours in some cases with none of our daily meds. this happened two days running. When we returned to the hotel, we then faced a further delays because the hotel had not been given proper approval for our stay by Estevien leaving us waiting in the lobby with nowhere to go after an already exhausting day. Most concerning of all, Dr. Okan himself appeared visibly unwell, coughing repeatedly with an IV cannula still in his arm, and confirmed he was a patient at the very same hospital, under treatment for something. We returned the following morning at 6am and were again kept waiting for 7 hours before being seen, Dr Okan still did not look fit to safely carry out two major procedures that day. Having lost all trust in the clinic, hospital and Dr Okan, we made the decision to cancel, to protect our health. Dr Okan simply responded "ok" and immediately walked out! Despite this, Estevien has not responded to our refund requests and we have received no return of our £500 deposit or compensation for the stress, hassle and impacts to well-being. We are also out of pocket for emergency accommodation and flight costs incurred as a direct result of this experience. An unwell surgeon, zero proper pre-op care, sub-standard Hospital, daily pressure for extra money, and an unassessed medical risk to a patient is genuinely concerning for international patients travelling for elective surgery. I do not recommend Estevien or Dr Okan Morkoç. Happy to share full details of this very bad experience, pls feel free to get in touch.

Immense gratitude to Dr. Okan and the team for their professionalism during a difficult recovery

​I want to share my experience with Estevien Clinic, where I underwent a combined procedure in March 2026: abdominoplasty, 360 liposuction, BBL, and breast implants.

​Unfortunately, my recovery was quite challenging. During the primary surgery, complications arose, and I required a blood and plasma transfusion (which incurred an additional cost). Later on, my body rejected the breast implants, and they had to be removed.

​As a result, I stayed in the hospital for nearly 4 weeks. Throughout my entire stay, the nurses and doctors provided incredible care, doing everything in their power to help me recover. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Okan. He is an exceptionally professional surgeon who stood by me throughout the entire process.

​The only downside I experienced was that it was quite difficult to get follow-up communication and detailed medical records regarding what happened during my treatment. I desperately needed this medical information to provide to doctors back in my home country, and getting it from the clinic was a bit of a struggle.

​However, even though it has only been 3 months since the surgery and I faced these unexpected complications, I am completely satisfied with the results of my tummy tuck and liposuction. This is a clinic that takes real responsibility for its patients. Thank you for everything!

Poor Communication during recovery.
Had difficulty getting follow -up answers when I reached out with concerns.
I expected better support .
The Nurse was so rude and aggressively put compression garment on me while I was weak , unable to use restroom myself.
Unfortunately, Service was extremely disappointing this time .

The surgeon completely failed to cut or even identify internal fibrous cords that needed to be cut to fix severe indentations in the lower buttocks. Now, their team has ignored 12 months of worth of my messages asking for aftercare. I have officially issued a formal legal notice to management before escalating this directly to SABİM and the Turkish Ministry of Health.

Please please please do not use this clinic. They have you sign paperwork in a language you can’t understand. They do not prepare you for after surgery. No one speaks English unless the interpreter comes in occasional during the day. The entire experience was terrifying.

The areas I had liposuction are completely uneven. The indents in my lower buttocks are worse than before surgery. The fat transfer was minimal and uneven. I also had fat transfer under my eyes and one eye is over filled the other is dramatically under filled. This is on my face!!

Money has been horrific and the aftercare was non existent after fobbing me off for the initial 2 weeks. This company are the sort of people that give going to Turkey for surgery a bad name and I hope SABIM close them down.
Do not use this company. Even going down to surgery was like being in a butchers freezer, just people lined up on conveyer beds I was so scared I was shaking. I came round they gave me too much morphine, my blood pressure dropped and no one there could even speak English.

Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You are putting your life at risk. Please please go elsewhere.

UPDATE
After months of being ignored, the clinic finally sent me a formal letter on 16 June 2026 admitting in writing that I have persistent lower buttock indents and that their team failed to provide acceptable post-operative care.

Dangerous criminal malpractice, financial extortion, and fake advertising!

I am writing this to urgently warn every single person to stay far away from this clinic. This is not a professional medical facility—it is a dangerous trap that has severely ruined my body, my health, and my life.
I underwent breast surgery and a BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift) at this clinic. The medical malpractice is shocking and life-threatening. One of my breast implants was inserted completely incorrectly and has severely shifted, and my nipples were cut in a botched, asymmetrical way. My BBL is completely asymmetrical. Worse, when I suffered from fluid accumulation after the surgery, the clinic told me to drain the fluid out of my own body by myself at home! A professional doctor in Switzerland has since examined me and confirmed that giving such instructions is highly criminal and dangerous.
The clinic operates with pure deception and extortion:
1. Fake Advertising: They lured me in using fake, stolen transformation photos. The actual "clinic" turned out to be a run-down, unhygienic hospital. I highly doubt this clinic even legally exists under the name they use.
2. Zero Consultation & Pressure: There was absolutely no medical consultation. The doctor briefly saw me, immediately started drawing on my body, and I was heavily pressured into the surgery without being informed of any risks.
3. Financial Extortion: The moment I arrived, before anyone even spoke to me, they aggressively demanded money. They suddenly extorted an extra €2,000 from me for "blood work" that was never agreed upon.
Since I started complaining about the severe pain, the botched results, and the complications, the clinic has gone completely silent. They are ghosting me, blocking communication, and strictly refusing to hand over my medical records and treatment contracts to cover up their crimes.
I am left with chronic physical pain, severe psychological trauma, and a ruined body. This criminal scam has already been officially reported to government authorities and the consulate. Do not trust them with your life!

So it’s now roughly 2 years on from my hair transplant and it was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve possibly committed myself to. The results are very poor, but the most disturbing fact of my visit to this company was being told that I needed to pay an extra thousand pound because I had a blood disease.

On arrival at the hospital, they asked for my passport which I thought was a safety procedure so I gave it to them. They then tried to charge me an extra thousand pounds. Which I declined to pay. They continued with the operation without payment. Promising 3500 graphs, in fact after going to a clinic in England only around 2200 was carried out. But it gets worse from here- at the end of the operation I asked for my passport back they declined and told me that the taxi driver has got it. So we headed back to my hotel where they told me I needed to pay more money to get my passport back. £1000 which I didn’t have. The eventually accepted £570. I felt like I was manipulated and bullied into paying.

Please avoid this company.

Je tiens à remercier le Dr Okan Morkoç et toute son équipe pour leur professionnalisme, leur écoute et leur bienveillance tout au long de mon séjour. Je tiens à partager mon expérience globale concernant ma prise en charge.
Je suis satisfaite du suivi médical et du déroulement de mon intervention. La prise en charge a été professionnelle et le suivi post-opératoire a été impeccable, ce qui est très rassurant dans ce type de situation. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié la présence d’interprètes, qui a facilité la communication et permis de mieux comprendre chaque étape.
Concernant l’équipe soignante, mon ressenti est plus nuancé. Certains infirmiers et infirmières ont été vraiment exceptionnels : attentionnés, professionnels et très impliqués. En revanche, d’autres semblaient moins concernés, ce qui peut être déstabilisant lorsqu’on est patient.
Enfin, il est vrai que les échanges avec le médecin restent assez brefs : une rencontre le jour de l’intervention, un passage rapide le lendemain puis une visite au moment du retour à domicile.
Malgré ces points, mon expérience reste globalement positive et je suis satisfaite de la prise en charge. Merci à toutes l équipe.

I traveled all the way to Istanbul for a planned surgery, only for it to be cancelled the same day under very questionable circumstances.

On the operation day, they told me that I had a serious and deadly blood disease, without any proper documentation or proof. I thought my life was over. When I asked to see this in writing, no one was willing to provide it. They told me that because of this blood disease, the operation would cost double the price.

Despite the surgery never taking place, I was still charged €1000 as a deposit. I repeatedly asked for a receipt but did not receive one.

Two days after, they reach out to me and say that the blood tests were not correct and that they came in negative. They wanted me to come in and take new blood tests to be sure it was negative. I told them no and that I wanted my money back and they told me to come to the hospital to get my money back. When I got there, no money was given to me, instead they wanted me to do the operation immediately.

The entire experience felt manipulative and lacked transparency. I have never felt so mentally and emotionally distressed in my life.

About the clinic photos you see online, you will NEVER see it. You will be taken to an old hospital and you will not even be introduced to dr okan. This raised further concerns for me.

Please NEVER choose this clinic. They are scammers and will ruin your life.

Je mettrais -1000 si je pouvais ! Attention aux consultants/traducteurs qui ne font pas leur travail jusqu'au bout, vous font venir sur place pour rien alors qu'une simple analyse complète aurait suffit pour ne pas devoir se déplacer 5000km aller retour.
N'ayez surtout pas le moindre soucis car plus de réponse, aucun professionnalisme. Autant d'argent perdu, c'est mieux d'économiser et le faire dans son propre pays.
Vous échangez avec 10000personnes au nom d'Estevien clinic puis vous allez dans les locaux d'une autre clinique (2eme étage d'un immeuble qui ne ressemble en rien a celui sur les photos).

Bref, mentalité a juste prendre l'argent, aucun service patient/client juste des vaches a lait

I want to give a big thanks to the estevian clinic/surgeons/nurses/team. I wouldve loved to commend each staff member by name but i dont remember. Was treated very nicely here staff took care of me. Surgeon was in the top percentile of surgeons in his field. Great job all around thanks guys!
