I read the reviews of this place online and thought i would give them a try for my Hyperpigmentation on my face.

The so called specialist consultant that saw me (S) was so standoffish. She started diagnosing me from behind her computer screen and didn't even bother to check my face properly. she made me feel like i had some kind of disease. She went straight into discussing the £2500 dermaplan as the only treatment that would work on my face, when i asked if there was any treatment that was less evasive I could start off with, she was not interested- and started patronizing me by saying she was the specialist and knew better. She was overall very awkward to speak to, she was totally not interested in providing any service to me. I traveled all the way from Nottingham that day to receive this diabolic service.

When you first come into the center it looks like the owner has spent a considerable amount of money to make customers feel comfortable - it's a shame that money is not spent educating their consultants basic manners on professionalism and how to be more empathetic to clients. People come with all sorts of problems and pay good money. They should be treated with respect, care and consideration.

I had my Algae peel treatment today and wanted to leave a heartfelt thank you. I was quite nervous beforehand, but Dominika was incredibly patient, reassuring, and kind throughout the whole process.

She took the time to carefully explain all the pre- and post-treatment instructions, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and really helped calm my nerves. What stood out most was how friendly and approachable she was - she made me feel completely comfortable and genuinely cared for.

Thank you for making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel so positive and reassuring. I truly appreciated your patience and kindness and would highly recommend to anyone feeling nervous about starting their skin journey.

Like many people going for this kind of treatment, I was not expecting it to work. Now, in my fourth month of treatment though, I'm surprised to see some of the hair regrowing. The team as a whole has been friendly and accommodating with my chaotic schedule, but I'd like to give special thanks to Alina and Shirin for their help and professionalism.

Very friendly helpful staff. The service given is excellent and so far the results are also excellent. Amad & Dominka have been fantastic very encouraging and explain the treatment very well.I would definately recommend.

I’ve been having Scarlett RF and laser resurfacing along with laser hair removal at Este Medical Group, and I’m really happy with my experience so far.

My skin was previously badly damaged with acne, and I used to feel uncomfortable going out without makeup. Since starting treatment, I’ve already noticed a visible improvement, and even halfway through the process, people have commented on how much better my skin looks.

What I really appreciate is how well they look after you throughout the treatments. The staff are friendly, professional, and make you feel comfortable at every visit. The pricing feels reasonable for the level of care provided, and there’s also good availability, including weekend appointments, which makes it very convenient.

Overall, I’ve started to feel much more confident in my skin, and I’m glad I chose this clinic.

Semhar is an amazing practitioner, I’m always going to her for my hydrofacials. Este Medical in Leeds is located in such a beautiful building and the offers available are great, I have introduced many friends to this clinic and speak highly of any treatments I get done. Highly recommended

I had my Tattoo laser removal session today with Izzy and it was absolutely outstanding. Izzy is extremely patient and kind and allowed me to take my time dealing with the pain. Izzy is a star! Updating: today I had my 4th session and Izzy is an ANGEL!!! And now having my first fat freezing and super happy❤️

Exceptional. Simply life changing. Eyebrow Treatment with Robotics was beyond expectation, the level of care is unparalleled Shirin, Marios, Alina, Forough, Aria have all gone above and beyond to ensure from start to finish. Everyone is always so attentive, and genuinely invested in the best results and your wellbeing. I was treated as an individual on a more personal level with a bespoke service everyone - very refreshing today . I’ve been to the likes of Harley Street etc and honestly the level of care here is far superior on every level. It’s been an absolute pleasure.
