Worst customer support
This is my first review but I just wanted to share. I recently purchased an Estelle&Thild product during my holiday. Once home, I noticed that the product was smelling really bad (not because it’s organic cosmetic, but rather like it has been sitting on the store shelf for too long and the ingredients turned rancid due to expiration). I tried to contact Estelle&Thild for 2 months via all channels, emails and accounts I could find but did not receive even a single answer. I was just very friendly asking for the production date. This is the worst customer support I have ever experienced and I am really sad about it as the brand and products seemed very promising. But now this was both my first and definitely now last product.
