Great hair clinic that takes cares of its customers. I ended up choosing this clinic for its great reputation and that they were not pushy. Neva was giving me all the information i needed and was always quick to reply when i had questions. The operation went great. The hotel included is close by. I will update this review in a couple months with results!

I decided to use Este Favor for a hair transplant in the fall of 2025. We flew to Istanbul on Jan 02, 2026. They picked us up and brought us to a charming little hotel with excellent staff. Very easy to move around in the city from there via public transportation. The procedure was on Jan. 07. They picked me up from the hotel, brought me to the clinic. Explained, what is going to happen. Took the entire day.
I was a bit sceptical after the procedure for you all bald and it doesn't look appealing. From that moment on, the hair slowly started to grow more and more and I got happier and happier.
I am very pleased with the results. Love my new hair and do everything to keep it that way.
The only thing I would recommend for everyone who is considering this procedure: Ask for a pain-free anesthetic. When they put the needles into my scalp, I thought I am going through the roof.
Other than that, awesome team. Still stay in touch with them.

All the team at Este Favor were very welcoming and looked after me every step of the way and made the journey and procedure pain and stress free. I Have had an excellent experience at this facility. ( Este Favor ) Everything worked smoothly, from communication via Whatsapp some weeks prior, pick up from the airport and shuttle back and forth between the clinic and the hotel. The experience was very professional . All details were shared in advance before I reached. One I was at airport I was picked up and dropped to my hotel . The staff was very accommodating of my request . The procedure was smooth and the doctor seem to tailor the transplant based on my need. Everybody was very jovial and willing to hell. One thing that separates Este Favor from many other clinics in Istanbul is that the doctor is actually involved in the procedure. In many clinics, the doctor only draws the hairline and disappears while technicians do everything else. At Este Favor, Dr. Merve was involved throughout the entire process, and that made a huge difference in my confidence and overall experience.

I came from the United States for this procedure, and from beginning to end, everything was smooth, professional, and comfortable. Dr. Merve is incredibly smart, patient, kind, funny, and clearly an expert in this field. She made the entire experience feel relaxed and stress-free. One funny moment I’ll never forget is when she joked that we looked alike — even though after surgery I barely had any hair left, and of course she is much more beautiful.

I also want to sincerely thank Can and Esra for taking their time and helping make this surgery such a success. Their professionalism, patience, and care were exceptional.

A huge thank you as well to my translator Necati, Hatice, and Neva for assisting me throughout the entire process. They truly go far beyond what anyone would expect. They treat you like family, not just another patient.

I have met many doctors throughout my life, and Dr. Merve may genuinely be one of the kindest doctors I have ever encountered — not just in Istanbul, but anywhere in the world.

Dit is de derde transplantatie dat ik gedaan heb ik mijn leven en ik moet wel zeggen dat dit de meest professionele was op vlak van de operatie zelf en de voor- en nazorg. Het oncomfortabel gevoel achteraf was na enkele uren weg. De eerste nacht heb ik ook goed geslapen - beter dan de vorige keren. Deze kliniek is zeker een aanrader.

I would like to share my personal experience with Este Favor Hair Clinic following a hair transplant procedure I underwent there.

Unfortunately, I developed a serious postoperative complication: scalp necrosis. Although rare, this is a recognized complication of hair transplant procedures. In my case, it has had a significant physical and psychological impact.

The recovery process has been prolonged and challenging. I have experienced considerable anxiety and social isolation, and I have been unable to work for approximately two months to date. The timeline for full recovery remains uncertain, and there is a permanent scarring.

In addition, I have concerns about the aesthetic outcome of the procedure. Certain areas may develop irregular or unnatural hair direction, which, along with the scarring, require corrective interventions in the future.

I also encountered serious issues regarding transparency and documentation. I was not provided with a formal medical report following the procedure, nor was I able to obtain the name of the individual who performed the surgery. Furthermore, I was informed postoperatively that no hair growth guarantee would be provided as agreed.

I strongly advise anyone considering a hair transplant to conduct thorough research into the clinic and medical team. It is essential to ask detailed questions about who performs each stage of the procedure and to ensure that critical steps—particularly the incisions—are carried out by a qualified and experienced physician.

For context, I am a physician myself and had no known medical risk factors that would predispose me to such a complication. I was in good health, not taking any medications, and had completed all necessary medical evaluations in the Netherlands prior to the procedure.

I am sharing my experience to help others make informed decisions. Careful evaluation of the clinic, the surgeon’s credentials, and procedural standards is essential before undergoing surgery.

I was a bit cautious, having had a hair transplant before. This was a lot more professional and welcoming from the outset. The initial interactions on WhatsApp were a little brutal but honest. They told the truth regarding as aspect and truthfully as possible.
After, this they lived up to every aspect. The service from Neva and the team was very hospitable and professional. The doctor and her team were highly trained and exceeded my expectations. Swelling has been a bit sore, but the medications they gave helped a lot.
All in all, I would highly recommend Este Favor
